Thomas went above and beyond for us. Not only did his photos turn out great (he captured so many…read moreprecious but fleeting moments and demonstrated an amazing eye for framing, sentiment and detail), but he acted as our day-of coordinator (helped move things along, keep us on schedule, and make weather-related adaptations) and served as our resource for everything wedding related (from how to look good in pictures to putting on a boutonniere and fixing my veil!) He lived up to his assurance that he "got this" and more. He did have everything under control despite our tight schedule and chaotic venue, and it was because of him that we were able to fully enjoy our day and spend quality time with our guests. We greatly enjoyed working with him and our wedding party and videographers did too. We felt so comfortable with him! He was fun, polite, organized, calming, responsible, and flexible. His photography skills go without saying! We received our photos 10 days after the wedding and were floored by their quantity and quality. He made us look like movie stars, whether indoors, outdoors, in the sun or in the rain! One cannot ask for more in a wedding photographer. We feel immeasurably blessed to have had him with us on our wedding day. We cannot thank him enough! We also love Al, our engagement session photographer. He had the best attitude, was fun to work with, was knowledgeable, offered excellent artistic direction, and demonstrated amazing attention to detail. It was a hot April day but he wasted no time to take a break. He arrived before we did and had a game plan ready the minute we arrived! His photos exceeded our expectations: they were artful and not cheesy; natural but flattering! Everyone was blown away by our photos and wanted to know where we took them, but I wanted to tell them that it was Al that made the difference! He made the location look so fancy when it was really just a parking lot outside a library and pub! Hiring Evoke was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I've compared extensively and having worked with them, I can say without reservation that they are hands down the best value studio you will find in Houston. I don't think their online portfolio or even their in-studio albums do them justice. Other aspects that I appreciated include their responsive staff, easy payment system, and helpful instructions and tips. Sara in particular was very patient, accommodating, and helpful throughout the process. She spent nearly an hour before our big day to discuss our wedding day timeline to make sure that it was feasible and made terrific suggestions. It is clear that everyone we worked with at Evoke are wedding experts, and even though the studio runs like a well-oiled machine, they care about each of their clients and make you feel important and cared for. Thank you Evoke!

He had scheduled himself to be on vacation that week, but he was so generous that he took time off from his vacation to shoot my engagement proposal. He went the extra mile - arrived early, stayed late and even help participate... in my proposal plans (I proposed at a local art gallery and he acted as if he were the gallery guide). He has a unique, creative style and was able to capture exactly what I wanted in my engagement proposal photos. Every single one of Jason's photos was incredible and there were over 200 of them! After the photo shoot, he got the photos to us with the quickest turn around time I have ever seen. The ordering process was a breeze and he provided the digital copies to us so that we could use them on our wedding website and Facebook. Jason really bent over backwards for us - whenever we needed something, he was there to provide. We like him so much that we going to have him come out to San Diego to shoot our wedding if he's available. I promise, if you go with Exposure Photography (www.exposurebyjtalley.com) you won't be disappointed!

My only complaint about Exposure Photography is that I didn't know about him when we hired a photographer for our wedding and our daughter's newborn pictures. Regret!!!

Typically companies offer digital and/or print packages where you can select more than one photo. Linn does not. To purchase a single digital photo is $45, which is shockingly expensive. I asked whether they could create a bundle of three digital download. They said no. In total, there were about 8 different poses, meaning I'd need to pay almost $400 to download them all. That is more expensive than a hours-long maternity photo shoot. This is price gouging at its best. Quite disappointing.
