Dropped the car off told them the problems and mentioned, when braking, the car pulled a little to the left. Later they called with a diagnostic fee which seemed a little high but wanted it fixed. Someone called back the next day told me they had changed the oil and recharged the air conditioning and found leaks at both Schrader valves which they replaced (part of the diagnostic fee I imagine) and I needed $2000 worth of brake work, (front pads and rotors, rear shoes and drums, front calipers, BG brake system service). My response was, "that is a third of what the car was worth, put it back together and the car will be picked up. A total of $2875.81 of work and parts were declined by me. " Just to be on the safe side, two weeks later the same vehicle was taken to another auto repair shop to have the brakes checked, their receipt says "Inspect brakes, approximately 50% -OK". The brakes are working fine. There is probably a large gap as to what is needed for vehicle repairs and what the manufacturers suggests and how much money you have.

They also offer gift cards (a great Christmas present!). He handed me a pamphlet with their pricing information, a mini microfiber towel, and an air freshener to hang off of my rearview mirror; he said that every wash comes with a towel and air freshener. They also have free vacuums! I chose the "gold" option. You can pay cash or credit card at the touch screen station. When it's your turn, the gate raises and off you go! It's pretty self-explanatory and it moves VERY fast. There was a decent line when I got here, and I'm in and out in about 7 minutes. I'll definitely be back!
