Replies to my simple, sometimes time-sensitive questions, by email, repeatedly went unanswered for over a week, despite many follow-ups to Mr. Lucifero and his assistant. As I write this, I've been waiting on a reply to one last question for 85 days (60 days since I asked it the third time.) As a result of all the delays, I ended up losing about $900. Mr. Lucifero also missed a calculation error that would have cost me $4,400 had I not caught it myself.
