They were supposed to handle moving some money for me after my mothers death, and 2 months later they had done nothing. Everytime I called and asked for an update on what I had paid him to do, I got a "we are just so busy" answer from his office. I ended up finishing my probate myself just to get it done. I would not recommend elder law. They do not seem to care about you once you pay them. They just toss you to the side and expect you to accept it.
