I think I would rather pay on the back end because most of my cash is in IRA accounts. So just depends on what you can afford....For me this was WAY out of my of my budget, when other firm are quoting me 2-3k. This is a premium level law firm, with a family feel. I think they need to add some upfront information so that people who need to screen them out can do so. I think they need to work on developing a referral list. This retired law professor had tasked his former realtor to provide specific information as to a…read morelegal settlement to which I was fully entitled due to the realtor firm´s agreement in a commission-overcharging lawsuit. Instead of providing that necessary information to this former client, the realtor used the services of Traditions Law Group to deny me my rights to the settlement information -- instead, their lead attorney sent me an unprofessional, nasty and threatening email, adding severe insult to the realtor´s injury. Perhaps this Traditions Law Group lead attorney has seen too many old Perry Mason episodes, as he failed to represent his own realtor client´s best interest, not to mention mine, by refusing to assist with my reasonable request for full settlement information from this law firm´s own client. Shame on this lead attorney, who would do well to stick to preparing house closing documents --rather than moving far beyond his comfort zone through sending nasty emails to former clients of the realtor whom he supposedly represents!
