Every place has its things that it does well, this place has good gold - necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc. The employees will tell you when something is CZ, filled, 14k, 10k, etc. They will tell you the contents of the items you are interested in and if they do not, you can ask them. I do not come here looking for diamond rings expecting the quality to be comparable to Tiffany's. All the employees have been nice to my husband and I including the security. The employees will give you your space until you call on them. The store is well organized. It is a clean and spacious store. It does get cramped during their busy hours. We move quickly through the store and the employees are not bothered by our behavior because they know we are serious buyers. If you want the small Cuban jewelry business experience, I highly recommend you visit ABC jewelry.

Unfortunately, I had to return later the same day because the watch had stopped working shortly after the service. Upon returning, I was informed that the store did not have the proper tool to tighten the back of the watch, and I was asked to leave it overnight. When I came back the following day, the watch still wasn't working. I was then told I would receive a refund for the battery replacement, which I appreciated--but the process of picking up my watch and getting the refund took almost an hour. During that time, multiple employees were trying to figure out how to check me out in the system. I had to ask several times to speak with the manager and to simply have my watch returned. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the watch is worth over $500 and the battery service was only $30. The lack of preparedness and urgency from the staff made the experience even more unacceptable. I'm sharing this not just out of frustration, but in hopes that it can be addressed so future customers don't go through something similar.

Went for a simple battery replacement for a watch. Right off the bat they ask for my ID. What…read more would they need ID for a watch battery? Then they tell me it wouldn't be ready until Friday afternoon (this was Tuesday morning). What?. Then they tell me it would be $25 for the job. Are these people crazy? I've never spent more than $10 to have a battery replaced. Go elsewhere. I assume their jewelry is outrageously priced as well.
