When my friends went to the manager to complain, the manager "explained" that the harasser was a customer who also did that to his female wait staff. So did he think that was okay??!!! The manager brought the harasser to my friends table to "apologize" and then left the harasser there. When I came to pick up my friends the manager and his two male friends were still doing nothing, I was told by the harasser to "go back where I came from" (I'm American). The harasser was obviously drunk but there is no excuse for the lack of action by the management. I guess it's okay for female customers and female wait staff to be harassed at the Breakspear Arms.
