They really set up the children well for kindergarten and truly take care of your kids. I moved a bit farther away but I wish all my children can come here. I strongly recommend. If your child needs help assimilating to school, they really are patient and help every step of the way. The director before school starts, helps give parents all the information on what to expect on the first day and is very good with communication.

My kids loved going to "school" every morning and never gave me a hard time at drop off. I think it was all the love the staff gave my kids. Ali and Hasene, owners and directors, are so accommodating and always were just so great with everything. They take kids out to the park every chance they get and they make sure to celebrate each kids birthday. I thank Giggles for everything and couldn't go back to work as peacefully as I did if it wasn't for them.

In terms of education, no idea how much a little person with the attention span of a goldfish can really learn, but he is constantly surprising me with words and hand signals that I know I never had the patience to teach. He's on to colors and counting now. He also roars when he sees dinosaurs. A few weeks ago, the center called to let us know about a mysterious bump on his head, and that they're concerned and will keep an eye on it. It turned out to be just a small mosquito bite he got from the night before (that I already knew about), but it showed that they do pay attention to the little things. Both parents and kiddo are happy with the experience here so far! Now if they could do something about the traffic on Easton Ave... that would be great =)

Secured building w/ security guard at all times including CASPER, they utilize the buzz/id/sign method, the teaching method is High Scope (based on what the child wants to do, learning is then tailored to child, opposed to structured old fashioned methods, teachers are NOT ALLOWED to teach anything else). Also in each class, one main teacher and an aide, all faculty are pretty nice with the exception of Ms. West, myself and other parents included have spoken to her on a hi/bye situation and she gives off this vibe as if she doesn't belong here (she is better than thou), you would figure with her running the school the namesake speaks volumes, I don't ever remember Cunningham giving a vibe of he was better than thou and neither has his wife in which I've had the pleasure of meeting her several times....very disheartening. The have a multitude of different activities throughout the year as well as holding an end of the year celebration which is usually entales, going to one of the local JC parks and having a giant play date with your classmates which is a lot of fun!, bring lunch for you and your child (cold cheese sandwich is served for lunch). They do not have moving on ceremonies :0(, both of my children have gone to this program I/we enjoyed the experience but, just like my review of PS #20 same goes here you as the parent need to keep lines of communication open so they know what type of parent they are dealing with, if you have concerns stay on top of the Teachers, CST and/or PIRT, its your right.
