At 3:34pm Eddie stated he'll check with office. At 7:06 pm he stated the office had nothing signed by me and for me to check my email. Aug 27 at 7:50 am I sent a screen shot showing that I have not received any Docusign correspondence June and asked who the email address was from so I could reverse search for the email. Aug 29th at 9:46 am, I asked Eddie again to please send the contract. Sept 4th at 5:52 pm, I asked for a timeline again for the contract, materials, work scheduled and eta for completion. I haven't had a response from Eddie since Aug 27th. On Sept 5th at 2:16 pm, I asked to just have my $2600 returned. Sept 12th, 1:31 pm, Sept 14th, 1:20 pm, I texted again, "Hi Eddie, can you please send me your email please. Following up. I'd like for the return of the $2600 since there was never a contract, work started and no follow up, no contact and service rendered. I'm moving in a different direction. Mike Robare, the owner had been a customer of ours when we had our business. Our interactions with Mike had always been good and friendly. When we met with Mike at his office we left feeling we wanted to work with him on the total project of tear down to rebuild. Mike was personable, knowledgeable and communicative. We met with Mike and his recommended architects and put non-refundable deposits down with both. We had plenty of time as we were not going to start until 1st quarter 2026. Within a couple of months we found out we had a family issue that was going to require us to move out of town. This meant we had to cancel our work with Mike. When we called his office we left a message with his secretary letting him know we were disappointed. Since then we have not heard back from Mike, even after several follow-up call/texts on our part. The architects were kind enough to refund a portion of our deposit due to the circumstances. As of this review, we have not heard from Mike.

Not until I was driving by and saw a roofing company at work... no Mass in the yard, all the workers looked professional, and the product being installed, looked fantastic! I stopped, got their information, and after a few conversations Bowling Construction was at my home installing my new roof. Not just any roof, a GAF roof! The best of the best, six nails per shingle, 50 year warranty, workmanship warranty...etc. it only took them two days and I had the best looking roof in my neighborhood! Two years later, I went outside to see that my neighbors home had water pouring out of the walls, front door, garage, water was everywhere! Not sure what to do so I called Bowling Construction and within an hour they were there getting to work. Unfortunately, the house was completely destroyed inside, but amazingly they were able to remove all the damaged areas and completely restore the two-story home within just a couple months. I have since referred friends, family, and perfect strangers (all in need, but unsure what to do or who to trust) and not one person has called me upset! If anything they've called me to thank me for the referral! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, IF YOUR ROOF IS DAMAGED, IF YOUR HOME IS DAMAGED, IF YOU TRULY WANT THE BEST PEOPLE AND BEST MATERIALS AND A FAIR PRICE....DONT HESITATE CALL BOLING CONSTRUCTION!! I appreciated that JJJ answered my call, came to my house to give an estimate, and kept me updated along the way. Once I got the estimate, I was able to get the work started. I will say, I also appreciated that the pricing was reasonable as well. I know lumber has gone up in price and I did account for that, but I wasn't comfortable moving forward with something outside of my price range. The work was done on time and completed quickly! After going upstairs for weeks to use the toilet up there, we contacted Shaw and within a couple of days, they were at our home to install a new tile floor one day and the toilet the next. Other places we called wanted to come do the work in a MONTH! We are really pleased with our new tile floor in our downstairs and so happy to have a downstairs toilet that works again.
