They sent my package to KY when it was suppose to come to Phx. Then it didnt have what it was suppose to have inside it. We paid for the money orders which sumed to over a 1000 dollars and we paid for overnight delivery and that was another 20. So you would think after all this mess ups they would have something nice or helpful to say but all we kept getting from the manager/owner/liar is that he "didnt know". that was an understatement let me tell you. Im reporting them to the bbb of course but for future references dont go to this place. Its a con shop by far. I still havent been able to get my money from my money orders and still no direct answers or solutions. SUCKS

I had the great pleasure of interacting with Ms. Madison in order to obtain a bundled home and auto…read morerate for personal insurance. Madison was thorough and professional in obtaining quotes from your numerous carriers. I sought out your advise because I had been provided with insurance renewals showing significant increases in premium costs despite no adverse change in my statistics. Madison was an exemplary professional: hardworking, dedicated, knowledgeable, responsive, communicative and generally helpful. She was unable to match my current renewal rates , but she exemplified all the traits we value in our insurance agents. Kindly let me add, once we find a reputable insurance agent, we remain with them almost indefinitely. It's a long and trusted commitment. Madison worked very hard with all her knowledge to assist me in my home insurance needs, yet received no recompense. Consequently, I will be providing a very accurate but glowing report of your agency's highly principled conduct. I will be posting the review to the website, "Yelp". The advisory, is that, if one finds good people, share the news with your friends and neighbors. Madison gave me sound advice and I am grateful.

I came to Wachter after a friend of mine told me about them and how Erie Insurance and Wachter treated her after her house fire. I've had to use my homeowner's and vehicle insurance a few times as have my daughter after her car was totaled. Wachter acted quickly and humanely asking after my daughter after her accident. When my ceiling fell in and I called Sandy at Wachter Service Master was here within an hour to start cleaning up the mess. If you're looking for an insurance agency who are professional and give good, old fashioned customer service I recommend Wachter.

Extremely frustrating and unreliable experience. I worked with Ian Smith to set up a policy and was…read moretold coverage would be bound on 7/24. Based on that assurance, I canceled my existing policy with another company -- effective that same date -- to avoid paying for two policies at once. It turned out the coverage was never actually processed, leaving me with a coverage gap. Since then I've had to chase Ian repeatedly by email just to get a status update, and calling customer service was no help -- I could never reach him. As of 7/24, the effective date I was given, the policy still isn't processed and I have no confirmation and no response. When someone tells you your insurance will be bound on a specific date, you make real decisions based on that -- I canceled real coverage on that word. Following through on those commitments, and being reachable when something goes wrong, is the bare minimum for an insurance provider. I can't recommend working with Ian Smith based on this experience.
