This is some of our group working with the glass with Jeremy's watchful eye behind us.

If I could give this place 6 stars out of 5 I would! I have been there for a private party demonstration and tonight a private party hands on session. Both were great...of course the hands on session was better. We had 6 people for a birthday party. Nice sized group for that activity. Jeremy is very personable and treats all customers with respect..willing to answer questions and take time to explain the process. If you are looking for a fun activity or a great place to purchase unique hand made gifts, check this place out. In fact the whole complex has great artisans of different types. Check it out.

It meant so much to us that Jeremie felt that it was an honor to make this for us.

Having a career in the field of guest service really shows me how bad businesses are failing at the…read moremost basic of things. One of the most basic things is guest service - the beginning interaction, the overall continued guest service while they're in your shop and the lasting impression that will be the deciding factor if someone will come back or not. I brought my family in and on a slower evening, mind you there were only (2) tables with (2) ppl at each table already painting their pottery. We walk in and the two girls at the register didn't bother to make eye contact, greet us, get up off their bums and ask us how our evening was... let alone helping us get started. They were more concerned about their personal conversation than working for the money the owners are paying them. Then basically they had to pry themselves out of their seats to get us paint... still no smiles, advice or anything. While we were painting they stopped at NO tables to ask if We needed anything or had questions. They just continued their personal conversations. Correct me if I'm wrong but they're there for the guests, not themselves. I can only hope they're better than that otherwise ownership really needs to take a closer look at who they let run their business. This is the first time and last time we will come back after spending almost $200 that night. It has a lot of potential to be a fun place to come and hangout but with employees like that, it was a turnoff immediately. I would've immediately turned around and walked out if it wasn't for me coming into town for a week to specifically spend time with my family while I was in town for a short time. But I was embarrassed I brought them there and we were treated or should I say ignored almost the entire Time we were there. When they wrapped up our session, again there was no smiling, zero personality and no cause to want to come back and spend more money. Debating if 2 stars is too much. Disappointing...

Everything and I painted a Christmas ornament on Wednesday afternoon. It will be beautiful.read more

I think what we smelled was the Emerald Tea room, there was a bunch of ladies in there sitting around a table. I'd love to come back just to visit that, it smelled amazing! As you're walking around the store, you'll notice that there are lots of cute booths set up with all kinds of random affordable items in each section. There's all kinds of different types of things in the store from jewelry, household decorations, seasonal items, pictures, kitchenware, clothing, pet items, ect all kinds of different inventory! The store is huge by the way it just keeps on going. The cash register is near the front of the building but somewhat in the middle of the store. Tammy, the owner was working the cash register today. I tried to make small talk with her. I know a couple of ladies that have booth rentals here so it was finally nice to go in and check it out. I did buy a couple of items, including a "thankful" cheese platter, little red mushrooms, and a wooden soap dish. Overall, it's a really cute store and I just might have to go back and visit again next month.
