They then said they'd send another installer to look at the floor. We set up a time for him to come and he did not show up or call to say he wasn't. When I reached out to the son to try and find out what was going on and if the guy was still coming that night I was told NOT to call him after hours. Didn't seem to care his person left me hanging. As for the design, RaeAnne was a pleasure to work with. She explained all the options (and showed examples in their showroom) and worked up a nice design; we went through it in detail and made some changes in real-time.
