I am the director of a human rights org that works on water access projects on the Navajo Nation, and needed a plumber to help with one of largest projects to date. We needed to do a combination of re-piping and new water heater and filter installations in 25 buildings, in addition to installing a flush valve at a special needs school on the reservation. They turned off the gas to service a gas leak. I didn't notice right away, but they didn't relight…read morethe gas waterheater and they had removed the top of the stove top which wasn't put back properly. In trying to put the stove cover back on, I noticed the thin metal gas line to the burner was bent and broke. I called the business and the secretary said that the water heater wasn't why they were called out, so, they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't charge me again for checking on why it wasn't lit. I finally lit it myself, as it has some auto spark lighter (no matches needed). As for the stove, there's no way in knowing if it was the plumber or myself that bent the metal connector.
