I wouldn't expect them to spend more time finding and cleaning a few leftover nails than they did installing the entire new roof. I cleaned up the few nails leftover. The company is hard to reach for follow up, after the job is completed and passes inspection. This is 2nd time hiring (different house), the first time they did return and fix a warranty issue after I called multiple times. So they did honor their five year warranty.

It's highly unprofessional in my opinion, but it seems to be a given in Gallup -- you rarely get a return call. It truly makes you wonder how people stay in business in this town.
