Ran out of paint day 4. Didn't even paint one of the ceilings. No cleaning before painting. Literally painted over the dust. Caulking was non existent. Windows not finished. No effort to match texture or repair any damage to the walls. Cabinets uneven. Hung some backwards and left pre-existing holes. Spits everywhere that needed another coat. Contract stated all of the above would be done l. Be weary. They don't come and look at your house. Cabinets are uneven. They lost a hinge that is 17 years old so irreplaceable basically. I am scraping paint off my floors. I have to finish painting the trim on windows and caulk it. I have to apply another coat of paint to all the walls. I will have to hire somebody to clean my ceiling fan and finish the painting. Used a razor blade to scrape the paint off my floors and did irreparable damage to them. If it's too good to be true, it is. Basically told them not to come back.

The next day came and went and they ghosted us. We called back the following day and they said they were too busy and couldn't help us. We are waiting to get our deposit back. We called Roto Rooter of Gallup and they came out that morning and did our job for a fraction of the price Horizon quoted us. We are so happy we found a good plumber (Roto Rooter) and we will not be doing any business with Horizon going forward. Avoid them!
