I had considered going to a dental office nearby named something like "The Apprehensive Patient," because that was the perfect word to describe how I felt prior to my first exam. This office is located in small shopping plaza, and the interior isn't anything to scream about, however my overall experience there so far has been great! My first visit was to get an exam and cleaning, after years of not seeing a dentist I thought I would have numerous cavities and other problems. However, I only had one small cavity, so a follow-up appointment to get a filling was in order. The actual cleaning was great, the nice dental assistant did a great job explaining what she was doing and talked pleasantly with me throughout. Everything was great, then the nice doctor,Noelle Signoriello, came into to give me my actual exam. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. During my subsequent visit to get a filling, I was not as apphrensive, partly because I enoyed my first visit to this office, and partly because the last time I had to see the dentist, I was a young nervous teenager, but now I've grown out of that! I again had Dr. Signoriello, a nice young dentist who is probably in her mid to late 20's. Some people may take her youth as a bad thing, but I thought she was great and her presumed recent training likely means she was educated on all the latest and greatest dental techniques, procedures, and technologies that more seasoned doctors may have not been educated on. But then again what the heck do I know about dentists' training patterns. Dr. Signoriello was nice and since I had a minor cavity offered me the choice of Novacaine or no Novacaine for my filling procedure. I chose no Novacaine with the caveat that if I was in pain I would let her know, and we would then shoot me up with the numbing agent. However, I felt no pain and thus never needed Novacaine which I would associate with Dr. Signoriello's skill. Aside from her skill, my wife who is also a patient at this office, told Dr. Signoriello that she has the best "bedside manner of any dentist she's ever been to." I totally agree with my wife, she not only had skills with a drill, but also made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I see that this is the first review, but this five stars is well deserved! I went there feeling apprehensive about going to the dentist, but the next time I may actually look forward to going there!

This is 100% not true, I'm a aspiring Hare Krsna devotee and we practice tolerance and never upset anyone. I was compassionate and she was not understanding of my unique situation and kept telling me the same stuff like a robot. She wanted me to come in for a 15 min appointment when I live 3000 miles away and was not compassionate, kind, or understanding or the situation. She ended the call rudely and said fine, have your Dad call him. Today My father called me and told me the Dr Shecklian called him and said I was rude which is an exaggerated tale, and I really wish I had the call recorded. This is not normal behavior for a grown women working in a dentist office. I talk to people all day long from around the world and rarly have any problems with anyone. Anyone who knows me, Knows I'm beyond reasonable and never rude or judgmental to anyone but the way this women dealt with me was not polite and I would never hire someone who can't communicate with customers. I run over ten companies and rarely have problems with anyone and when I do I immediately resolve them though empathy and a loving heart. Customer service is #1 in any business and the fact that Im an past patient and need medical treatment for an emergency and get treated like this is NOT OK. This dentist is awesome and highly skilled and Im sad he hung up on my father as my father always thought highly of Mark. Apparently Mark hung up on my father after he called him and told him what the secretary exaggerated. Not to mention he said that he doesn't wanna have me as a patient anymore. This is crazy, What a crazy world we live in. This secretary needs to take some classes on communication and emotional stability. I would erase this message when we could have a three way call talking about what really happened as this is a big lie and I don't tolerate lies. Hare Krsna!

Outrageous prices, slick misleading "savings" plans, inexperienced employee (not owner) dentists…read more My experience was more painful than a root canal without novocain. They post obscenely high prices to get you to pay $300 to join their "savings" plan. After applying the 30% plan discount the prices go down to merely unconscionable. I went to a simple deep cleaning. At the first appointment I was charged $664 which means the original charge was $863, which seemed high but acceptable. I waited more than 30 minutes to get the cleaning, which took no more than 25 minutes I just went back today to get the second half done and was told I owed $664. I laughed and said, no I paid that last time. To her credit, the woman at desk looked embarrassed but said that was for the first half and I owed another $664. This means that the total bill would have been $1328, which was reduced 30% by my paying $300 to join their "savings" plan, making the actual charge for a routine deep cleaning $1726. To add insult to injury, they charge a 3% fee to use your credit card. Judging by the lack of surprise and embarrassment of the staff when I complained about this I am not the first person to feel this way. I saw no dentist, only a hygienist. I was in the chair for no than 25 minutes. I waited almost 30 minutes for treatment. When I was kept waiting again for the second visit I cancelled. I'll never go back to them again.
