After a month the band snapped in half and when I rang to complain saying it shouldn't of happened I had an extremely rude woman tell me she shouldn't be dealing with me as her mom is sick? I'm sorry that she is but that honestly had nothing to do with my experience. They fixed the ring but after another month or again snapped. Haven't gone back as we don't want to be shouted at again by this woman for literally asking to fix something that shouldn't of happened. Would never recommend them or their services. Twice it has been sent back to the manufacturer, which took in total 4 MONTHS. Every time the people on the shop floor, including one lady who was referred to as the repairs manager, provided absolutely NO information. Recently brought the watch in again and they were as unhelpful as ever. I shudder every time I see the shop and the only reason I go in is the watch is still under warranty (have had it for just under 2 years) and everywhere else is charging ridiculous amounts. Frustrating. Unhelpful. Completely useless wouldn't be an understatement. HATE this place.

It is a breath of fresh air then to walk into Djinn and be walked around the shop by the owner (and buyer and designer) and to be pretty much spoon fed the info you need to make the right decision. The shop offers a selection of pieces designed and made by Simon (the owner) which are spectacular - with the exception of the jesus cuff-links which he freely admits are meant to be kitch and nasty... and believe me, they are! Simon also collects pieces from India where he goes once a year, they are all old and tarnished and have a bit of history behind them, he called them tribal pieces, very cool. In short, I like this place a lot, it's lovely to have an opinion on such things!
