We received exceptional service from the ladies at Kilkenny shop…read more They have a large range of items from handmade candy, luxury crystal, wool blankets and clothing apparel. Ruth was really helpful and set the items we selected aside as we shopped to our hands free. They have change rooms for you to try clothing as needed and an attendant to help you find sizes. What was really unique and cool to see was the Irish gold jewelry pieces and to learn the history about the particular source of the gold. They sell quality products from local and Irish companies. I really enjoyed finding true Irish based products. Thank you ladies!! I was in Dublin for just 7 days and I came back to this shop twice! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

We were told by a retail worker who looked ashamed, that they did not have lifts. Only stairs. l then looked at the stairs and it looked like Mount Everest to me. My disability is 90% invisible however I know my limits and I had my wheelchair with me that day. The lovely retail worker offered us free tea or coffee for us to go. However at this point I felt dejected. All I wanted to do was get something to eat with my father. To whoever owns this store an/or the building; DO BETTER! How would you feel if you couldn't see half the shop? Grab a bite to eat and a drink? How would you feel if that was your child? We are only a few days away from 2026 and to see this type of discrimination against disabled people is shocking. I am n mincing my words. It was pure discrimination. Pure and simple.

It's not easy being a man you know... people keep asking for your opinion on things like clothes,…read morejewelery and interior design... ok, not people, the wife and honestly, I have no idea (one look at me on any given day will show I have no fashion sense what so ever). It is a breath of fresh air then to walk into Djinn and be walked around the shop by the owner (and buyer and designer) and to be pretty much spoon fed the info you need to make the right decision. The shop offers a selection of pieces designed and made by Simon (the owner) which are spectacular - with the exception of the jesus cuff-links which he freely admits are meant to be kitch and nasty... and believe me, they are! Simon also collects pieces from India where he goes once a year, they are all old and tarnished and have a bit of history behind them, he called them tribal pieces, very cool. In short, I like this place a lot, it's lovely to have an opinion on such things!

Wow, what a surprise. Since most of the other jewelry stores in this area are your standard silver…read moreand gold, kinda boring ole stuff kind of places, I was not prepared for Djinn. Djinn is a cozy little shop that smells like incense and is absolutely packed with some really beautiful pieces of jewelry. As the other gals mentioned, they have a range of prices to suit any budget, though nothing is hugely expensive. A lot of the jewelry is sterling silver and semi-precious stones and a lot of it is unique and understated, as opposed to blingy. There aren't too many diamonds to be found here, if any at all. They also have collections from artisans - I particularly loved a set of brushed silver brooches in a very organic basket-weave pattern. They sell other gifty-type stuff like silk scarves, jewelry boxes and what not too, so it's a great place to stop in if you need a gift for a lady in your life.

Excellent experience both in their shop on Nassau Street (in Dublin, Ireland) and online…read more We visited them at their Dublin City Centre location last summer and were given excellent service. They patiently showed my wife many options and helped her select the necklace and earrings she wanted. They even showed me how to claim my VAT back, which saved us a pretty penny! Months later, the missus wanted a ring to complement her set, so she went online to their website and found a few options she liked, and I purchased one a few days later (some styles and sizes were not available). This was another seamless experience. Her ring arrived yesterday - it not only fits her perfectly, it is high quality and arrived in less than a week, shipped from Galway, Ireland. Thank you, Claddagh Jewellers, for all that you've done for us. We will return.

I had an unpleasant and covertly rude experience at this location in November 2022. It was my last…read moreday in Ireland, and I wanted to buy Claddagh rings for my family, so I came alone to Claddagh Jewelers due to their legacy and reputation. My issue was not with the jewelry itself but with the two young female attendants that I asked for assistance. I was very obviously American and a tourist since I told them I was from California. I told them I was looking for 14k jewelry pieces, but they told me that they only carried up to 10k. They then proceeded to speak to each other in front of me that I "must be looking for gaudy jewelry." I can say for a fact that nothing I was wearing was showy, bright, or tacky, so I deduced that I was instantly being pigeonholed into the "American tourist" stereotype. I left and went to R&C McCormack instead, where the customer service and jewelry were much better.
