I have a very high tolerance non-tolerance and discrimination as it comes from a place of ignorance and basic lack of knowledge which at times you have to forgive and let go, but my experience from this shop left us feeling deflated and nearly ruined our day, hence this feedback. We walked in on this shop to ask about a particular piece as we were finalising our choices on the day. This was the only shop that managed to make us feel like we were not welcome and even had the unfortunate experience of dealing with someone who was not very subtle on giving a comment of not wasting anyone's time. Perhaps there is a preference for a particular clientele that this shop might deem deserving of their time, and if you get off on snobbery, this is your place. I would however like to add that it stops with the attitude as none of the collection nor the ambiance (or lack thereof) merits such a tone. I can definitely attest that of all the Jewelers we visited, and if we have been to a LOT!, this by far failed spectacularly in more ways than one. My unsolicited advise to the owners? Take a leaf from this and you just might make it. https://www.accessoriesmagazine.com/this-150-year-old-french-jeweler-snubs-snobbery/. read more
