They quoted a very fair price and we decided to hire them. Bill and his assistant (sorry, forgot his name) came out, made a couple of suggestions which we agreed to, and tirelessly cleared up our dock. After they were finished, we asked if they could add a few yards of rocks to our riprap, which they did. Conclusion: Very pleased with the results done by Bill and his assistant. They worked tirelessly and were very pleasant to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Worst part was when they finally came to do the work they left the boat sitting out of the water causing the barnicles to dry to the hull. This is such a amateur mistake, everyone knows barnicles come off easy in the water but ofer they dry they form a coral reef on the bottom of the boat. Even worse, instead of saying sorry they shouldn't have done that, the owners tried to convince us taking barnicles off is easier dry (Google and 100% of the cleaning people we talk to say the opposite). Them leaving the boat put of the water cost us nearly $5000. between cleaning and resurfacing the hull. You'll see I attached her saying its easier to remove barnicles dry and what the expert barnicle removers say and what google ai says...

Hurricane Ian destroyed out pool cage and lanai gutters. We tried for two months to get a company…read moreto give us an estimate for repairs, to no avail. Then we found Topla, Inc. They called, made an appointment, were on time, came out, and we had a signed contract the 1st week of December for a new cage. They told us then they were booking work out into July, and sure enough, the last week of July they were at the house and started work. The design was to the new code, with panoramic walls. They stripped out the old framing bolted to the cement, installed the new framework with hurricane fasteners, super screening to keep no-see-ums out, new 7" super gutters and two new 42" screen doors. They were meticulous in their work. Everything fit together perfectly - no gaps or bridges between parts. The screening is tight and seamless. They cleaned up everything after the job was done, and came back a couple of days later to do some touch up painting where a piece of the framing was scratched in transport. Some of our neighbors had a lot of difficulty with the companies they used- huge delay, incomplete work, repeated return trips to fix issues. We had none of that. And, the price, which included all permitting and engineering drawing and fees, was lower than what they paid for their comparably sized (23'x36'x 4' Mansard roof on top of 9' walls plus a 9'x12'x9' extension). Their work passed inspection the first time. The new cage is beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the work. In fact, we had them rebuild out front door areaway and have them coming back to install gutter guard for us. See the pics. We highly recommend Topla, Inc.

First of all, I had Topla supposedly reinforce my pool cage. NOT THE CASE! They not only missed many of the screw replacements they were hired to replace, many of the screw threads were danaged. Thus, the screws did not thread into the metal framework. Also, they missed me into believing screws were replaced when in fact, many of the screws were rusted Also, with respect to my gutter replacement, I was told by Topla owner that wedges to reinforce the gutters were not required. In contrast, I called the manufacturer and they said that without the supporting wedges, the gutters would eventually fail. I confronted two of his workers about why they were not working. They indicated that they were hired as day workers and had no experience in gutter installation. The best part was when the owner tried to collect twice for the job. I assured him after he tried to con me in to paying a second time that I fact we paid the valance in full. Never got a response from him after that conversation. The owner of Topla fabricated a bunch of lies in his response to a previous review I submitted about my experience. I wouldn't trust him with his con behavior.
