I understand that this happens, but I do not understand poor customer service! Because of this, I had over $3,000 in unobtainable funds over the weekend which messed up our Disney weekend plans to celebrate my Daughter's birthday. All Infinity offered was an apology and I was told I had no reason to be upset, that "all you lost was time, you'll get your money back eventually" Talk about cold hearted poor customer service!!! Then when I told them I would be leaving them negative reviews, they threatened to sue me for slander and threats. Bullying doesn't work for me and either does poor customer service!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
