If you enjoy a company that makes empty promises, has zero communication and does not understand (or care apparently) that people schedule other very busy contractors around the time line agreed upon them this is the concrete contractor for you! After numerous phone calls and emails they finally said they would get to our project roughly 9 weeks after the date I was initially told. As per our earlier discussion I demolished my kitchen to prepare for our new addition. Brad finally came out and measured the site. Said they would be out to pour the following week. He was in contact with the excavator who was digging the new basement. Twice he told him to wait a week. I was pushed back a couple more weeks. This is when all communication stopped. Emails, phone calls, etc all went unanswered. I finally hired another concrete contractor who came the following week and completed the job. JC Concrete put this project over 15 weeks behind. They pushed the schedule beyond the time my contractor had scheduled to build, as he had other jobs scheduled. This saga began mid November, it is now early March. Due to lumber price increases I estimate that JC Concrete cost me roughly $10,000. I will never use them and suggest you don't either. The only reason they received one star is because it is necessary to submit the review. Not only would I like to give them zero stars, I would like to take stars anyone else has given them because they certainly do not deserve them. read more
