We brought in our new to us RV. Specifically we needed to have dog hair removed, in addition to general detail. Except for dog hair, generally pretty clean. He had the vehicle 1 1/2 days. Pretty disappointed. Still dog hair on seats, Exterior waxed and looked good. The foggy glaze on headlights still there. Wouldn't that be part of a detail? Cabover window filthy, he was not particulary happy when pointed that out. Window blind up there now non-functional. Likely do to UV damage. He could have mentioned that. Some sort of granular white material on stove top. Tracks on bathroom floor. Very disappointed and done with this place. I took my car here after driving up from California. I called for an interior/exterior detail quote and was told it would be $160. I dropped it off the next day and couldn't wait to get back a dog hair free interior and bug carcass free exterior. However, I made the mistake of not asking for a detailed description of the services I was receiving for the price. When I picked up the car I noticed the interior was much better. They did a great job of removing the dog hair; however, the "exterior" detail consisted of a quick wash and rinse and that's it! The exterior still had bugs in the fender, there were water spots all over the trim and the door handles were still dirty. I asked he owner why they didn't wax the car and he told me it would have been another $60. Actually, he told me "I don't know where you're from but you can't get a car detailed for $160 here." A bit condescending and pretty inaccurate since I know that 5th Ave detail in Sandpoint does do an interior and exterior detail for $170. I was told my car received the equivalent of a $10 wash (which apparently does not include total removal of dead bugs from the fender or water spots off the paint). Although the interior is much cleaner, I would not take my car here again. I found the owner was not clear in telling me what was included in the package I purchased and I thought he was less than professional when I complained about the poor exterior wash. read more

Would not recommend. The job was incomplete. We would have been better off running our car through a car wash and a vacuum.

I have had my truck and my wife's care detailed here and they went above and beyond and got both vehicles to a level that was above my expectation. Nasty to New! I highly recommend read more

JC Auto Detailing did an AMAZING job on our Subaru Outback car. They had to deal with multiple mice nests, mildew from a leaking sunroof and a lot of grime from years of neglect. There has never been a car more filled with dog hair. We have had a blond husky and a black lab ride either shot gun or back seat driver. They left half a dog in hair in our car. J C auto detailing took on the job without a whimper. We dropped the car off at 8 with a promise of pick up at 4. They called at 3 and when we arrived our hair filled car looked brand new. Washed, waxed, engine steamed, upholstery and rugs sparkling and not one dog hair anywhere. They weren't the lowest priced, but they earned every penny. read more

I bought a used car and brought it to J C Auto Detail have the inside detailed. It was pretty dirty and looked decent when I picked it up. My seats were still pretty wet and there were a couple of small things that were missed, but the roof was the most obvious. I called them and informed them of this and they apologized and had me bring it back in. They spot cleaned it but it's still pretty dirty and my car still has a bad smell in it. I'm really disappointed with the service I received and will not be returning in the future. read more

J C Auto Detailing took my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and made all the miles of dusty roads, pet hair, kids stains, and everything else a car collects over 3 years, just disappear! They even got the soft top restored to look brand new. Great Job! I'd give 10 stars if it was an option.
