Competent but dishonest. Begged me to settle his invoice in full, then immediately walked off the job leaving two important plastering jobs undone. Promised at least six times to finish the job, failed to ever show up. Didnt answer calls from me or from the general contractor, simply disappeared. Ended up having to apply to County Court to compensate for getting someone else to do the job, caused a serious delay in the project through his fecklessness and lying while we waited for him to finish, which he never did.
