These guys are true seasoned veterans at their craft. I wouldn't even bother asking anyone else for a second opinion (but go for it!), they won't be able to beat these guys. Thank me later! March 1 of this year this company came clear up on my property without asking to install a…read moreneighbors sewer line via boring underground! I got ahold of Mr Fesler and was assured he would put my yard back to my satisfaction. he has never called written or contacted me in anyway. I have been contacting the city of Anderson of the problem. Finally, today I come home to a mess of straw in my side yard that appears to have seeds with many more tractor tracks in the part that wasn't damaged before along with large rocks all through the strawed part. I informed the city/county drainage offices. I cannot mow rocks and ruts! I am a 65 year old man that I believe am taken advantage of. By the way. The mud that has been washing through my yard all spring and has clogged an underground drain. (drainage office has no record of the drain) it's formed a sink hole in my yard. I was told I couldn't fill in the sink hole of the undocumented drain! as it carry's the water from the entire back side of the neighborhood! Yet Feslers can throw gravel mud pieces of the street in the drainage ditch that feeds it!

So the electrician decided not to install the line on the first visit and they rescheduled for a second visit almost a week or 2 later. He did do another job for me while on this visit though and I was charged what I felt was a fair price for the work at that time. A new electrician showed up a second visit and I show him where I wanted the outlet. He then tells me he thought he only needed to put the breaker in and doesn't have the materials to install the outlet and line to the breaker box. He puts the breaker in while he is here. I then schedule a 3rd visit with them. So mind you the first 2 visits they only send 1 electrician. They didn't charge me for the second visit. The third visit they finally have everything they need to install the one outlet I needed with a dedicated circuit. But this time they send 2 electricians and they are at my house for 2.5 hours. I get the bill almost 4-5 weeks later and they charged me $680! I have called the Muncie office to dispute it but they never got back with me. Ultimately I will not be using them again.

So happy that we did. We went in and the son of the owner was very professional and showed us some samples. We told him that we wanted it done soon. They were here within a few days to measure. Since it had to be ordered, it took a couple of weeks and we were called immediately when it arrived and date was set. We have had lots of flooring throughout the years. This is the best we have ever had. They did an excellent job installing and never wasted any time getting it done. We have had so many compliments. They also stand behind their product. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of flooring.

He told me that if I didnt "play nice" with him that he wouldn't help me out because , "I already have your money and I di not care about your opinion" he proceeded to hang up the phone on me! After much debate between my contractor him and myself my contractor went to henry county flooring with our extra flooring where jeff wrote us a PARTIAL refund check. When I cashed the check (that was written for 280 but should have been 500) the check BOUNCED!! I have been harassed by the woman working there and still, several months later I have not received my money or even an apology. They now owe me 520 (20 extra for the check bounce fee) and they REFUSE to pay it unless I take them to court!!! I have shed so many tears and I been taken complete advantage of. It would be a huge mistake to allow henry county flooring to do any of your flooring needs.
