Extremely Unprofessional Response to a Customer Concern…read more I took my vehicle to this shop on August 5, 2026, for an A/C compressor replacement. Afterward, I noticed issues with my vehicle, including damage around the wheel-well area and a problem with the fog light, so I contacted the shop to ask what happened and requested that the matter be addressed. Instead of simply inspecting the vehicle and professionally discussing my concerns, I was initially told that they "never went under" my vehicle or did anything to the front of it, despite having replaced the A/C compressor. I told them I wanted to discuss the situation and, for documentation purposes, intended to record our phone conversation. They said they did not consent to being recorded--but then immediately told me that all of their own phone calls and in-person conversations at the office are recorded. What bothered me most was how quickly the conversation became personal. Rather than keeping the discussion about my vehicle, the company representative told me that I "obviously have an anger problem," suggested I "call a psychiatrist and/or a pastor," said they would "pray for" me, and then told me never to call, text, or contact them again. That is an incredibly inappropriate way for a business to respond to a customer questioning the condition of their vehicle after repairs. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I wanted the vehicle inspected, an explanation of what occurred, and an opportunity to resolve the issue. In fact, they initially said that if the fog-light issue was caused by them, they would make it right. Unfortunately, the conversation deteriorated into personal insults instead of customer service. Whether or not the shop ultimately believes it caused the damage, there is no excuse for speaking to a paying customer this way. I have screenshots of the entire conversation and would strongly recommend that anyone considering this shop document the condition of their vehicle before and after service and keep all communications in writing. One star based primarily on the way my concern was handled and the completely unprofessional communication that followed.

Our condenser had a hole and they quoted an extremely high price. They also overcharged for the diagnosis. We found out that many places will check it for free! We ended up paying less than half of what they were going to charge. Don't trust their prices! Felt like they were taking advantage of the situation. Go somewhere else. First of all no one reduced the price of anything for us. The man behind the counter was actually rude about it. You cannot write a response that tries to make it sound as if your prices are at all reasonable and you were being 'nice'. We paid less than half to a different auto shop NOT yours. They did not take advantage of our situation and try to over charge us.

I went to get my oil changed, and the technician pulled the latch to open my hood. While it opened,…read morethe latch wouldn't go back into place after he pulled it, and he was aware that he had broken it. They changed my oil and closed the hood, but later, when he came back to check the latch, he realized it still wouldn't go back in place. I returned today to get my fluids topped off, but when the same technician tried to open the hood, it would not open at all. Now, I can't get my fluids topped off or access my engine. One of the technicians asked if the latch had broken at their establishment, and I confirmed it had, pointing out the technician who broke it. Another technician, whom we'll call Technician D, took my name, cell number, and VIN. He mentioned he would find a hood latch and arrange for it to be replaced. However, while I was on my way home, a technician called me from the number 229.242.2292 and informed me that they are not responsible for damages, claiming it was likely due to wear and tear. Keep in mind that their technician broke the hood latch, and now they refuse to replace it. Additionally, he had an unpleasant attitude during the call.
