Bruce Carrell and his team saw the damage and assured us it would be cleaned. After trying pressure washing they used a mixture of muriatic acid. It remind the stain and top layer of paver as well as front cabinets and hood of new Coyote gas grill. This was all in first week of closing of our house. Bruce Carrell tries to tell us damage to grill hood caused by ocean breeze. I laugh because this only anppeared after the cleaning with muriatic acid. His offer now is to remove the pavers and we replace at our cost or he will seal the damaged pavers and we should be satisfied. We paid a lot for a new custom house. It is not at all what we got. the fence railing and gate have fallen. These are only a few of the items we are upset about. House maybe structurally sound but this builder does not address quality fit and finish necessary for your home. Be prepared if you buy or have bought from this builder.

The guy who is in the bucket doing all the cutting, was an artist in cutting the tree branches first in a particular order then the huge shafts of the tree. All my neighbors were outside watching this work of art. All 5 workers never took a break or slowed down.
