This company is disgusting and needs to be shut down. They illegally towed my car from my apartment complex while I was carrying up my groceries with my 12 year old daughter. They towed my car .5 miles and they had my car less than 4 hours. Charged $320 to get it out. They lied and said my property manager called and had them tow my car, when my property manager wasn't even on property that day. Then they lied and said I was illegally parked and that the fire Marshall said he can't turn around right there, in parking spaces. I called the fire Marshall and he said that was a lie and he has never said anything like that or instructed them to tow people from right there for any reason. Also mind you, there is no signage saying it's a fire zone or an emergency zone or a tow away zone or a no parking zone. They are legal parking spaces. They then told me the only way to get my car out would be to have my property manager call them and tell them to bring it back. So I called my property manager back and she did just that. She called them and told them they illegally towed a resident from an area THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN TOLD BY MY PROPERTY MANAGER MULTIPLE TIMES TO STOP TOWING FROM THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE ACTUALLY PARKING SPACES, but yet they towed me anyways. I was only parked for 15 minutes while unloading my freaking groceries out of my car and carrying them upstairs with my child. After my property manager called them they said that they never told me to have her call them to release my car. She said well this is my resident and you need to give me our options to get her car back since y'all took it without permission (BECAUSE MIND YOU THEY HAVE TO HAVE HER PERMISSION AND HER PERMISSION ONLY TO TOW ANYONE OFF THE PROPERTY AT ALL FOR ANY REASON) and they told her that there is nothing they will do and they're keeping my car anyways and I have to come pay just like everyone else. When I finally arrived, I called them all out on their lies and when calling my property manager and putting her on speaker phone with them after they told me she never spoke with them, they backtracked and lied again. Even with her on the phone. She was so mad she was screaming at them and they were coming up with more lies and lies. All of the employees there are super rude and disgusting people. They all turned their backs like scared men when called out and confronted with the truth of their lies. When I finally got my car out of the car (ALSO KNOW THEY CHARGE YOU $2 TO PRINT OFF PROOF OF INSURANCE) I drove out of the yard super fast because I was mad and rightfully so... never came close to causing any harm to any of them... I had to pull around to the front of the building to grab my 12 year old daughter from my parents and one of the employees then parked his truck behind me trying to purposely prevent my daughter and I and becoming a hostage situation. My parents then intervened when they told the tow company how they were being gross and towed my car while I was unloading groceries and because of them towing me ILLEGALLY AND STILL CHARGED US was not able to be with my 19 year old son who was having his second emergency brain surgery in 4 months and has a very rare and aggressive brain cancer. Once told that, the employee moved his car but told another employee DYLAN to then chase and follow my daughter and I home to intimidate us and threaten us. ALL AROUND FREAKING DISGUSTING SORRY EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT THEYRE DOING TO PEOPLE AND FEEL TOO GOOD DOING IT, EVEN TO THEIR OWN LOCALS. DO NOT USE THEM, DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEYRE HORRIBLE AND ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. WHATS EVEN WORDE IS THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING AND THEY DO NOT CARE. Ohhhhh and they also tried to snatch the receipt out of my hand as I was trying to sign it because my mom was trying to take a picture of it for our records which is legally allowed. She tried to lie and say it wasn't but you best believe I snatch that right back and signed and got a picture and still got a copy too... also they wrote down a completely different excuse on the receipt as to why they towed me versus what they told my property manager and I. They're scammers to the max and they lie out their butt more than anyone I've even seen and they still try to threaten, hold hostage and intimidate women and small children. GROSSSSSSS! Yall should be so ashamed of yourselves and all that energy is going to come back to yall ten fold and in the worst way and every single one of yall deserve what's it's gonna bring back. After being unable to get my sister's car started, I called for a tow. I was worried because it was about 8:30pm and I'm not from around here anymore and wasn't sure who to trust. I was connected to Michael at J&M who was very helpful but in the middle of a tow. He connected me to another driver named Dylan who called me right away and asked what the issue was. He was available within 15 minutes and took the time to figure what could possibly be causing the car not to start. Dylan made an effort to help my sister before towing it. He took the car to the shop and left the keys for us so we could go home to our family. Thank you Dylan and J&M towing. Worth every penny. read more

j & m wrecker drivers drive awful. one almost drove us off the road. because of that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I dont know why these guys have a one start review. These guys did not give up on us tonight when we were stuck in th mud. They pulled out all the resources, got their own vehicles stuck, and eventually got us to safety before a major storm engulfed the area. The entire time they remained positive, upbeat, and pleasant. I dont think I would be on my way home had I called anyone else. Thanks guys! read more

Extremely rude and greedy I use their port escort service. They said it would be right at $100 they changed me $189 and said they told my driver that it was $89 an hour if they have to wait witch they did not tell my driver then when I refused to pay the $89 they started threatening me saying there going to go pick the car back up and hold it for ransom. iv used wrecker services across the country and this one is by far the worst. read more

We had an accident a couple days ago, and it got towed to this place. We have been lied to about every aspect of the tow and details surrounding it. Multiple people with multiple stories. Then when I had enough of them taking me and my family in circles, one of the ladies started to yell at me when I became frustrated. After I think 4 days, and their wild claims, we finally were able to get my car out of the yard. I hope anyone with an accident will avoid these people.Or even just a regular tow, use someone else. Also, things like my keys and my husband's wallet haven't been found in the car when they were left in there...... read more
