We hired Jonathan Burdette to fix our roof after a tree fell on it during Christmas Holidays. He came and told us what all he could do and made us feel like he was the one . Big mistake . He got the money up front and quit towards the end . He avoided my husband s calls and text . After threatening to sue he came and finished and I still have a leak . We will research next time and learned an expensive lesson . Beware if you hire him . J&K REMODELING 1591 Pansy Dr. Charleston WV. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I paid over $3700 (in advance, it was stupid of me but they kept ask7nf for money) for a bathroom remodel only to have my new double vanity, two medicine cabinets, custom order toilet and thousands of dollars worth of imported tile damaged or destroyed. Not to mention poured grout and concrete water down the toilet and shower drains. I am now looking at over $2000 in plumbing repairs and at least three times that to fix or replace what Jamie did. read more

They have great products and a great crew. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY PROJECT!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE James Mcgaughey is a scam artist look at his prison records before employing him. He'll bid a job get your money start tearing everything apart and not finish only to demand more money and threats of leans on made up contracts he trys to write in private without a customer signature. No license no insurance. He'll send messages asking you if you want to have sex with him he offers meth to who will entertain him. There will be a lawsuit if any other victims have anything they'd like to add maybe we can help shut down this scammer. He will used other junkies and drunks with no idea what they are doing high on the job. Will use old materials taken from other jobs charge you for new and slap up a structure that no good contractor would ever put up while dogging calls from the scammed parties. All the money he stole went to his own projects his junk trucks or his fines from his parole and on his gf home build He'll use her to bid jobs also her name is karen knuckles. 160 knuckles lane is the location of the so called business if you want to see where the money you lost went to. read more

During the heavy February rains of 2018 my fiance and I were cleaning up water for nine and a half hours! After obtaining multiple quotes we decided to go with Helson Waterproofing and are very pleased with the work. Chris and his crew arrived as discussed and even helped us with removing tile beyond the segment needed for the drain which helped in our re-tiling effort. While we had water coming in from every wall the job Chris performed did the trick and we have been dry ever since. We would recommend Chris' work and Helson Waterproofing to anyone in need of handling basement water problems. There's nothing like a dry basement and we are once again enjoying the rain, not dreading it.
