I was very impressed with the wonderful customer service I received from all the employees here at Earl's Tires. The tires were also sold to us at a very competitive rate, one that others couldn't beat. Today, May 2017, I brought the same vehicle in because of a leak in my tire. I didn't have an appointment, but they kindly asked, after they checked the leaky tire, if I had time to wait and they would get it fixed. While waiting he checked all the tires to find out that every one tire sensor was no longer working. They could have told me that I needed to replace each of them, instead he asked and told me he could put in a regular valve with no sensor instead of paying $50 per tire for all new sensors. Of course I chose to not replace the sensors and went the cheep route. I was amazed how quickly he fixed the tire and got me out the door. Less than 30 minutes, with no appointment! He even rotated my tires for me, all at no cost to me because I purchased the tires there in November. You really can't beat that spectacular kind of service!
