Quick response, the delivery was made same day, in just a few hours, and Edwin was friendly and professional. But that isn't the amazing part. A unit had a manufacturer's defect. As I've learned in business, it's when things don't go perfectly that you learn who's a professional and who's not. This is when Fire-Line shined. Without hesitation, Edwin made it right. He came back to our site, remedied the situation and gave us an adjustment (partial refund) on the spot. Literally, wrote a check to us on the spot! Not a moment's hesitation, he made it right, and he did it with a smile and just as quickly as the first visit. Years ago, I ran a conference for service contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.). We trained these small business owners in how to take excellent care of customers. Fire-Line's professionalism, responsiveness, and most importantly, ethical approach to making things right are exactly what I'd hope to teach companies like his to do. They earn five stars and more for a standard of service I'd say sets the bar. There are lots of guys out there claiming to give service. This outfit delivers.
