My husband was being relocated, so technically we were supposed to use one of the company's appointed real estate agents, but I stumbled upon Anne's website through a mutual friend who had used her to sell their home in Tacoma and I immediately liked her online persona. I then found out from my neighbors that Anne had sold the house next door to us, as well as the one directly behind us (in about a week!). I knew immediately that we needed to hire Anne. So we jumped through a few hoops with our relocation company to allow us to use a different realtor. Now that our house has officially sold, I can say that this was truly the best decision we could have made. In fact the realtors that our company had selected for us had told us they were going to list our home for roughly 50-75K less than what Anne suggested listing it at. Now that it has closed, had we gone with the other realtors we would have left at least 50K on the table. That is a lot of extra money we made thanks in large part to Anne! She is so knowledgeable about the University Place market, she knew things about our house and location that even we didn't know. She went above and beyond our wildest expectations as a realtor. She answered our questions (many many questions!!) via text and email almost immediately... and this is over the course of three months from listing to final close! Michael's expertise is amazing and undeniable! He can read and process real estate unlike anybody I've met. If you're buying, he can give you a really accurate feel for true value - and house quality. -- And he'll be totally honest with you! (Not a lot of schmoozing here!) When selling --- WOW! This is the guy for you! Again - he will be honest with you. He will tell you straight-up what he thinks your house will go for ... quickly.
