I have had Jim Johnson work on the last three cars that I have owned and he has worked on my son, daughter, sister, and parents vehicles and all have been more than satified with his work. I have always been satified with Jim's work and he has always done the work at a fair price. Jim is extremely knowledgeable in all phases of automotive repair and when you come over for an estimate for your repairs Jim is more than happy to explain what the repair entails. It is very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust to only do the repairs that are needed and not to inflate the job with a lot of double talk to jack up your repair bill. Jim is truly a trustworthy repair shop owner that you can count on not to rip you off.

Butch has been our mechanic for years. He is a truly honest mechanic and a genuinely good person to…read moredeal with. We have grown children and Butch repairs their cars as well. He is a unique mechanic, as he has one of the cleanest shops Ive ever seen. Everything is a well oiled operation. Pun intended. He never repairs anything without a phone call explaining what is wrong and I appreciate the warning of short and long term repairs in the future. He always lets us know if a repair can wait or in need of immediate repair. He also gives you the removed part and shows you where the breakdown occurred. Butch makes you feel that when you leave his shop...your car has been thoroughly checked so you are safe to drive away. At time of payment, you receive a computer readout of each item that was checked and repaired and any fluids refilled or topped off. There is no question what was done and how long it took. It is all documented on a list to take home. We drive our cars until they die, and have had our cars over 17 years each with Butch as our mechanic. How often does someone also consider their mechanic a good honest friend. Please don't all rush to Butch's because we need our mechanic to be able to fit us in when things go wrong. Thanks Butch ...for being an honest, good and honorable guy over the last 12 years. We will continue to visit you as little as possible.

I first spoke with Jeff on the phone, he was very professional and patient with me, he squeezed me in on a busy Saturday. When I arrived I was greeted by Fred, he was friendly and also very patiently listened to my concerns. Turned out my rear bearing was on its last leg and desperately needed replacing. Fred was very reassuring and accommodating considering they already had a full day. He was prompt to give me an estimate and order parts so that they can work on the car immediately. He was also very transparent the whole time, and even arranged one of his guys to give me a ride back home. Fred and his team knew that I had to have the car back by the following Monday and made it happen despite the short turnaround time. I'm so happy to have found a repair shop that I can trust and I will be back for all future car needs.
