There was some damage to our driveway, but our driveway was already needing replacement so we did not worry about it. At another point in time, we needed 1 more tree taken down. He came out to work on it. I was heavily pregnant and on bed rest, so I did not keep an eye on his work. When I noticed him packing up to leave, I went out and handed him his payment. I turned back to look at the work and noticed he didn't finish taking down the tree. He said he had someone else in this area later in the week that could stop by and finish. No one ever came back to finish the job. We have half a tree still standing. He also said he would cut the wood into movable size pieces so we could move them ourselves. He didn't. My husband had to purchase equipment to cut up all the wood to be able to haul it. We have tried contacting him multiple times. He either doesn't respond or gives false promises that he will be returning to finish. Unreliable and untrustworthy.

He stated he will reach out to me the following week on his availability. I ended up contacting him instead because I wanted the 2 trees removed the weekend after Mothers Day. He stated he may be available the day after I contacted him. With no notice or confirmation from him, he shows up to my property and starts cutting down the trees. He tells me the stump guy should be here on Saturday. Saturday and then Sunday passes. I text him when is the stump guy suppose to come. He states Monday or Tuesday. The guy shows up on Tuesday and my backyard is now full of the chips from the stump and upheaval dirt. I text him when he will come back to finish up the job. I receive no text from him until Saturday stating he will finish up the coming week but would like me to pay him $500 so that he can pay his worker. He is very responsive at this point when it came to money. I agree to pay him the $500 but decided to pay in full instead. I paid him via Venmo and that was a BIG mistake on my part. Since then, he stopped responding to my texts when he failed to show up on the days he said he would be there. Its now Wednesday when Scott finally responded to me the day after I called and left him a text and voicemail . He stated that he was behind on jobs due to storms, he has been working by himself because his only worker is out sick. He tells me to be patient and that he will come out on Monday or Tuesday. Friday comes around, no show or responses to my calls and texts as to when he will finish up the job. It's Memorial weekend and I'm still waiting on him to finish up the job. Two weeks have gone by since the stump guy finished his job. Poor customer service and lack of communication, unfinished agreed upon services, I do not recommend this company.
