Unfortunately, this function was accidentally triggered during a bad thunderstorm and the whole car interior was soaked. Worried about water damage and the potential for mold growth, I started looking for companies that could fix the issue. 911 Restoration responded promptly and I immediately had them go to work for us. And man were these guys awesome. Everyone I interacted with was super kind and professional. From the phone call with the manager to the operators who came to deal with my vehicle, I felt cared for and that everything was going to be taken care of. With these guys, I didn't have to bring my vehicle in. They came to where I was and set up their equipment. My vehicle was soaked so it took about 2 days to completely dry it out. Shout to the operators -- Isaiah, James, and Willard. They were super friendly, had excellent communication, and came by every day of the service see how the drying process was going. You guys were awesome! My car was completely restored! Not one chance that there could've been any moisture left in my vehicle once they were done. I'm very satisfied with the work 911 Restoration has done. I highly recommend them.

I was trying to get a quote on removing mold from my vents and possibly fixing ceiling damage. I guess they don't go to condo units all that often because despite telling the scheduler over the phone and in email what my unit number was, it was never included in my address. In my experience, most services will give you a notification that the technician is on their way. I got notified when the guy called me because he went to the HOA office, since he didn't have my unit number. The HOA wouldn't have known anything even if someone was there since I own my condo and am responsible for the inside. The guy arrived, walked around inside with his dirty boots, and only peaked into my vents which were my main concern. He did test the stains in my ceiling with what I assume was a device that measures moisture. Then he said "I have everything" and left. No "goodbye" or letting me know what he saw or what next steps could be taken.

Then he comes here yesterday to open the hole in my kitchen and instead of moving things from under there, the dude does the job and gets my kitchen counter with utensils and lots of vegetables full of dust and he does it while one of the kitchen cabinet doors was open as well and gets all my seasonings contaminated. UNBELIEVABLE! I would not recommend a service with him, he lacks basic ethics and consideration.

Overall negative experience with our bathroom renovation due to poor safety, workmanship, and…read moreproject management. Examples: a chandelier over the tub was mounted to a plastic box sitting directly on ceiling drywall with the cable unsecured along the attic floor; several items required rework, including a custom vanity with an off-center sink cabinet, unlevel countertops, and visibly slanted shelves; the plumbing work had multiple problems and the plumber and his sister were fired. Ther are many, many other things I could mention. The project took over eight months instead of the four promised, with work gaps of days and sometimes weeks. I met with the PM three times to create a timeline, but they fell behind every time. The only reason he gave was schedule conflicts with other jobs. One positive: Guillermo and Jose were responsive and fully guaranteed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the end product before ending the project.

They demanded to come see it, spent less than 5 minutes at the property (I don't think anybody even went on the roof) and then demanded I needed to get on the phone with them. When I got on the phone with them they told me it would be $1,500 (over triple what we were quoted elsewhere), and I immediately declined. They then condescendingly told me if I take the cheap route it would ruin the house, while not knowing who the other company is or what the quote even is to do. When I read their quote in depth the only additional think they were charging for was a roof inspection when they advertize that their estimates are free. Just a giant waste of everybody's time.
