He showed up exactly when he said he would, ready to work and with a great attitude. His work is thorough and high-quality. He took the time to do things right, and it shows in the final result. What I appreciated most is that I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of -- his pricing was fair and transparent, and he never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. It's rare to find someone in this line of work who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service so seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for landscaping done right.

When I hired this business, Chaz told me his cost was $50 per mow. He said that he would need to…read moremow every week in October, then bi-weekly in November. That was our agreement over the phone. Then, he mowed my yard one time knowing that we had also discussed him trimming my hedges. After mowing on 10/15/26, he told me that the trimming wasn't on his schedule for that day,(although he had agreed to over the phone). He also informed me that he had changed his mind & wanted to mow weekly in November. WHY when initially our agreement was bi-weekly for that month? When I posted a review on Google, he replied back that I had been texting & calling him for 5 days, which is a bold-faced lie to make himself seem better than the review. I'm 69 & usually only call my daughters. I, however did text regarding our agreement for my November service. He never replied back, so I sent another text & called. I was his customer & he should have responded back in a timely manner, but he didn't!! When he found out that I did not want him doing my lawn service weekly in November, but bi-weekly as we had originally agreed upon, he dropped me as a customer, not charging for his one-time mow. Chaz has no respect for his customers' concerns & as his customer, he thought of me & my lawn maintenance as being disposable!! Hire this business owned by Chaz at your own risk! Multiple text messages or calls are very necessary when the business owner doesn't respond in a timely manner! Good businesses know this!!

I called and at first I asked for storm shutters, however, the man I spoke with thought a high impact window would serve my needs better. Measurements were taken, the permits obtained and the window ordered with an estimate of 2 months, or possibly more, to get the project done. I am so happy to report that exactly 2 months later Jeff and Jay showed up and it was a real pleasure working with them.
