Original Review: Earlier this morning around 8:45 AM, I experienced a dangerous encounter with a Quik Care Services vehicle. As I slowed to about 25 mph to turn into my neighborhood, their driver tailgated me, crossed the double yellow line, and honked aggressively. Fortunately, my Tesla's cameras captured the entire incident. While that behavior was unacceptable, the owner's immediate and thoughtful response completely changed my view of the company. During our search of contractors, we spoke with Richard and found him to be knowledgeable, honest, and conscientious. During the entire process quality of workmanship, attention to detail and outstanding customer service were demonstrated by his entire team. The location for our project posed some interesting terrain challenges, including a stepped-down path, but it turned out to be a wonderful, collaborative process. They listened carefully to what we envisioned and provided their opinions and feedback based upon their experience. They spent a good deal of time planning, measuring, remeasuring and designing the project prior to submitting the permit. Richard and his designer Brian went above and beyond during this planning/approving process to ensure the permitting would go smoothly, and it did. During installation of the project Michael and JR were meticulous in leveling, measuring and preparing the surface for the pavers. Michael in particular has an excellent creative eye and ability to see forward to the end result, so a few slight modifications could be made along the way where needed. As a result, when the rest of the crew arrived to install the pavers, the process went quickly and smoothly and the end result is absolutely beautiful, and exactly what we wanted!
