I had provided him the return flight information, flight number and airline for our return ride back from the airport to home March 22. I did not receive a confirmation text or email I texted the owner to remind him of our pick up and our flight number and airline. The flight got delayed three times due to the mess of the TSA shortages in this country/government shut down. Beyond my control. The owner was in Florida and seemed confused and was re-asking me all the questions that were texted to him. His comment was "I get a lot of texts" . Then he told me due to the second delay coming into DTW that he didn't have anybody available because they had to get up early in the morning for Monday morning rides. We were stranded at the airport at 3:30 in the morning. And had to make other arrangements. I had booked this weeks in advance of the trip and it felt like it was only convenient for them to take us to the airport but due to the late arrival, it was not convenient for them. They shouldn't name their company Van's express Airport 24 Hours seven days a week when it's actually whatever happens to be convenient for them ,regardless if you book weeks in advance a round-trip pick up. I will never use this service again. It was horrible and unreliable.

We booked the 12-person stretch limo, and I would say it comfortably fits about 10 adults rather than 12 (there's a small 2 person seat behind the rest of the seats, so you could sit there but you're a bit isolated) Thankfully, we had exactly 10, so it wasn't an issue for us, but definitely something to keep in mind when booking. From an experience standpoint, Devin was amazing! He arrived early, was extremely professional, and helped us pull off the perfect surprise for our friend. He got us to both of our reservations on time and made the entire night so easy and enjoyable. At the end of the ride when dropping us off to dinner, he drove our friend back to her car around the corner so she didn't have to walk alone, which was incredibly thoughtful and very appreciated. Overall, we had such a great experience and would absolutely recommend Dream Limousines, and especially Devin!

We used Dream Limousine for our wedding day transportation and had an amazing experience from start…read moreto finish. We chose the Coach 17 party bus, which seats up to 30 passengers. With our large wedding party, plus 3 photographers and 2 videographers I was worried, but we just fit--and it worked out perfectly! The bus arrived at our hotel exactly on schedule, and it was incredibly easy to find. We were able to bring anything we needed--drinks, food, bags, and personal items--knowing the driver would stay with the bus while we had our ceremony and traveled around the city for photos. The lighting and music were fully adjustable, which made the ride such a fun and memorable part of the day. After our ceremony, we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne (which was so good!) along with cups and napkins. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the moment feel extra celebratory. Our driver was absolutely incredible--professional, friendly, patient, and so helpful with anything we needed. While we were celebrating on the bus, he was working closely with our photo and video team to find the best places to park around downtown Detroit. He communicated clearly and kindly the entire day. He genuinely cared about our experience--congratulating us when we met, after our ceremony, and getting off the bus for the last time. About a week before the wedding, we received a call confirming all details and logistics, which gave us so much peace of mind. On the day of, everything went exactly as discussed. When we finished our final drop-off, the driver assured us he would take care of any remaining trash so we could simply enjoy our night. His kindness and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. From our first phone call with Dream Limousine, to the week-before confirmation, to our amazing driver on the wedding day, everything was exceptional. We absolutely recommend Dream Limousine to any bride, groom, or event needing reliable and friendly transportation!
