Today I noticed a new lady (Cici) and had to stop and thank her for doing her job. She was actually driving around and telling people they couldn't park in the yellow 'no parking' zones. We watched 18-wheelers try to make that tight curve but if cars are parked there, they can't get through. It's just disrespectful. But Cici got out of her vehicle and asked them to PARK and walk to the store. Just seeing her presence here makes a HUGE difference! There are some homeless people who roam around the cars, trying the doors. I park way out and today I felt safe to walk to my car because she was out and about letting everyone SEE her! Great job. She had a great FRIENDLY attitude while keeping us safe. Thank you, Cici and Freeman Security Services!

Chris and Cody from Suncoast Security Works did an excellent job installing a video security system…read morefor me. It was a 2 day install and they did a great job in camera placement so I could watch all the areas I wanted to see, as well as being able to hide the cables that run to those cameras and back into the NVR unit. They had to drill through walls and floors and tuck and hide wires and when finished the cameras all look very natural and blend in well with the surroundings. They installed a back up battery power source, and the head unit inside a steel lock box, and even a microphone for audio recording. They did a great job at a fair price. Chris is very knowledgeable in the security business and they were professional acting and focused on completing the task at hand as quickly and as well as could be done. They made sure everything was working correctly, and to my satisfaction before the job was finalized. They do accept paypal credit card payments, cash, and maybe even checks for payments. Chris is a certified low-voltage electrician. I recommend anyone needing cameras or other alarm type systems installed give Chris a call. He will travel all over the Tampa Bay area as needed.

As the retired Chief Security Officer in New York City with the MTA, the biggest transportation…read moreagency in the world, security was one of our top concerns, especially in New York City, after 9-11. One of the things my department handle was all the CCTV Systems for 4000 buses and 29 depots. When I came to Florida, I needed to upgrade my home security system I did some research and found Professional Home Security to be one of the outstanding CCTV businesses in the area. So I hired them to do some upgraded work at my home here in Florida. When I called them Anthony came right out and gave me an estimate. We set up a date and time of which Anthony came out with Angel, and set out to do the work. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days, and the job came out perfect.. Let me put it this way, if I was still working in New York I'd hire both of these guys to do all my CCTV work for me! These two guys are honest, fair, professional and do excellent work. I have no problem recommending them for your home or business security services. John Pro Chief Security Officer (Ret) MTA Bus / NYC Transit
