Their services are in high demand but if you give yourself adequate time then you should be able to get on their schedule and have them handle their stuff. They're truly the best.

This year--our third year using their services--we were charged nearly double what we paid the previous year. They did issue a partial refund of around $100, but the situation still raised concerns. Additionally, we were assigned a new tax preparer this year, which made the significant increase in cost even more surprising. Overall, the experience left us feeling uncertain about the consistency and transparency of their pricing and service.
