Horrible customer service. Asked a floor sales person about the price of an item I was purchasing…read moreand he played with a handheld device for several minutes only to say he could not find it. He sent me to the long checkout line instead of helping me. When I finally made it to the cashier which took forever she could not find the price either. She asked me to go back to the sales person in the area....REALLY? I explained that he sent me to her and she insisted I go back so she could continue her slow checkouts. Seems like calling a manager over to fix this would have been the right thing to do. I left the item at the counter and left the store.

After a long decision, I decided the BEST upgrade was a nice BBQ grill. The grill was nice, but the price was not. Be prepared to pay a lot for a nice grill because all the nice US grills get taxed upon delivery & you know who fits the bill. The consumer. :) Other than that, great store. Again..it's JUST like Home Depot.

We would go there often to just walk around and window shop...ended up going there more often whenever we went to Bornova Forum & ended up buying something. I'd like to think that majority of my stuff in my apartment at the time was from IKEA. Cheap n good! The food was always good. Swedish Meatballs yum! Plenty of parking, always (always) crowded!
