Horrible customer service. Asked a floor sales person about the price of an item I was purchasing and he played with a handheld device for several minutes only to say he could not find it. He sent me to the long checkout line instead of helping me. When I finally made it to the cashier which took forever she could not find the price either. She asked me to go back to the sales person in the area....REALLY? I explained that he sent me to her and she insisted I go back so she could continue her slow checkouts. Seems like calling a manager over to fix this would have been the right thing to do. I left the item at the counter and left the store. read more
