Two abscesses. Both on teeth they treated. She lost tooth number thirty immediately. The second tooth followed in July 2025. Five days from their dental chair to an operating table. Two permanent teeth gone at twenty years old. Her treating periodontist wrote that their root canals were "done poorly." That is not my opinion. That is a medical professional's documented statement. We provided everything to their insurance company. Timeline. Medical records. Expert opinion. They denied our claim anyway. So now I am making this public. Other families researching Complete Dental Care deserve to know what happened to my daughter. We are pursuing legal action, and we will not stop until there is accountability. My daughter will live with this for the rest of her life. Two missing teeth. Years of procedures ahead. Psychological trauma from emergency surgery that should never have happened.
