I bought 2 expensive items for a curbside pickup, while traveling, that I needed today, that according to the APP were in stock, but when I went to pickup one item I was told was not in stock so it is being shipped. To make this worse, I am not local, and item being shipped to store where I will never be again - AND - even though purchase was only 45 minutes ago, they cannot stop or cancel the purchase internally. Interesting, disappointing, and a bummer!?? I might not even shop at Dick's again ... I knew I should've gone to Academy Sports! One thing is for sure, I will never order online, or use the app with dicks again.

The 2 young men that help me, definitely deserve a raise or at least some type of bonus. They are what is missing in the retail industry. Great job guys........
