Wow. I just can't say enough terrible things about the service at Fresh Attitude Floral…read more At 6 in the morning I ordered flowers for my mother on her birthday. The website did say that they might not have the flower arrangements that were on the website - but I was okay with that. No big. At about 11 AM, I was sent an email notification saying the order had been received and was being processed. I felt good about that, as my mom leaves early and I figured there was still plenty of time for them to get it out to her. However...I received at call at 2 PM noting again that they didn't have the arrangement I had selected. I wasn't so much worried about the arrangement as I was about WHY they hadn't contacted me earlier. 2 PM was pushing it. So, I asked why they were contacting me hours after I had placed my order... And that's when the person on the phone, who I later was told was the owner, exploded on me. She stated, "No ma'am I CAN'T explain why". Which seemed abrupt...so, I tried to state my case saying it was my mother's birthday and was there a chance that they could even get an arrangement to her in the short time left in the day. This time, she came back so wildly angry, I could hear in her voice that this was not going to go well - "DO YOU WANT THE FLOWERS OR NOT?". When I, of course, said no...because...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I began to make a comment about their abhorrent customer service...and mid-sentence...I was hung up on. Because I had given this maniac woman my credit card, I tried several times to call back, but they actually let the phone ring...and then took it off line so it was busy. I promptly called their competition, Boondocks, and placed an order with the few remaining hours left in the day and it was delivered to my mother without incident. Later, I called again to make sure my card wasn't processed and the same wildly inappropriate woman answered. I said, I called earlier and she said "Yes, I know. I'm the owner" and I asked if my card had been processed and she said no. And that was that. Long story, I know, but never...even if you're desperate order flowers from this wretched woman. She's a florist demon.

I had originally ordered three funeral arrangements from another company that claimed to be local to Casper but wasn't local (Flowers by Nora). On the morning of the visitation, they sent a form email saying they couldn't fulfill the order and had canceled it--no phone call, no text, just a cancellation. My own fault for not doing any research, but I wasn't thinking clearly after an unexpected death in the family. I called Nate's in a panic, and the gentleman who answered was calm, kind, and reassuring. He even apologized for how the other business had treated me. He explained that because it was Monday his flower stock was a bit low, but I told him I wasn't picky--I just needed three nice arrangements for the visitation, or at worst the funeral the next day. Despite the short notice, he delivered three beautiful arrangements in time for the visitation, just a few hours after my call. I am incredibly grateful for Nate's service, professionalism, and quality. I highly recommend them.
