I had originally ordered three funeral arrangements from another company that claimed to be local to Casper but wasn't local (Flowers by Nora). On the morning of the visitation, they sent a form email saying they couldn't fulfill the order and had canceled it--no phone call, no text, just a cancellation. My own fault for not doing any research, but I wasn't thinking clearly after an unexpected death in the family. I called Nate's in a panic, and the gentleman who answered was calm, kind, and reassuring. He even apologized for how the other business had treated me. He explained that because it was Monday his flower stock was a bit low, but I told him I wasn't picky--I just needed three nice arrangements for the visitation, or at worst the funeral the next day. Despite the short notice, he delivered three beautiful arrangements in time for the visitation, just a few hours after my call. I am incredibly grateful for Nate's service, professionalism, and quality. I highly recommend them.

She seemed rather annoyed i was in her store. She had no other costumers and told us me I needed an appointment to get any information. The store had no signs on the door saying appointments only. I gave her my name and number to set up an appointment. sadly she never showed up or contacted me to reschedule. I'm a very understanding person and would have gladly rescheduled. Very disappoint. Etsy has amazing wood floor creators that are very willing to work with customs.
