When my husband and I decided to undergo IVF, I began seeing Dr. Wang more often right before my retrieval and also before and after my transfer. I am now in my second trimester after our first cycle of IVF! I have continued seeing Dr. Wang on a weekly basis. During my first trimester, I saw her twice a week. Now in my second, once a week. She has helped me so much and I always say she has magic powers! Thanks so much Dr. Wang! You are truly a blessing! I sought her care primarily for fertility acupuncture but she has helped me with my stress, appetite, my digestive issues, hyperacidity, my moods, and skin problems. She has helped so much with all of my concerns. I am now in my second trimester and I always say Dr. Wang's magic has helped! I saw her more often during my IVF retrieval and transfer dates. She has kept me so relaxed during the stressful and intense IVF process. My husband had a lot of issues with his weight and cravings. When he was seeing Dr. Wang, he noticed a huge improvement in his appetite and cravings. Now my mom sees Dr. Wang to treat her hyperacidity which she has been battling for years. She never did any acupuncture and now she loves it. She has only been seeing Dr. Wang for a month and saw a huge difference after the first week of seeing her. Dr. Wang is amazing. She is very caring, thoughtful, and kind. She has a healing heart and healing hands! Thank you so much, Dr. Wang!!! You've done so much for my family!

She's very thorough with care and answers all your questions kindly. I took away two starts because of Dr. Lebo. She's always in a rush. I had her for probably two appointments total during pregnancy. But unfortunately she was the person on call for my delivery at Loma Linda. When I found out that day there was immediately a pit in my stomach I had low expectations already because of the appointments I had with her. she's very stand off ish and she rushes you in and out of the office. So I could only assume that she'd do the same with my birth. My baby was crowning so they made me wait 10minutes for her to come. They had me stop pushing even though I was in pain. Then when she did come I assumed I would get to push... no.. she told me to push and the first push she literally put her hands inside me grabbed my baby and pulled him out with NO warning. Everyone in the room was shocked (my mother and husband) and I was also appalled by this. Because there was no medical emergency for this. I thought when you give birth you catch the baby.. not pull him out. And as I assumed, she was in and out of the room, little words , exactly what I expected out of her. My baby was perfect and healthy so I didn't let that moment outshine such a perfect day. I had a healthy first pregnancy and no complications. Front office is great, and some other ob's here are also good. I just don't like the on call portion of this office.

Dr. Carnevale took great consideration of the type of birth I wanted and was gentle in explaining the potential complications I was having. I am incredibly grateful to have a positive birth experience, to have a doctor who showed up for us, and a happy and healthy baby. Dr. Carnevale was phenomenal and we're forever grateful to have had him to take care of myself and baby.

I really don't understand how there are negative reviews. I've going to this office for almost 4…read moreyears now and I will not go anywhere else. I am currently seeing this office because I am pregnant and giving birth soon. All of the doctors care deeply, and so do the nurses and the front staff. My first pregnancy with them, I had high bp and had to go to the hospital at 32 1/2 weeks- stayed there until 34 weeks and had to be induced. We had our baby girl early and she was in the NICU for 11 days (shout out to Radys- they are heaven sent as well!!!). Anywaysssss- I mainly see Dr. Todd but would see the other doctors and midwives as well- including Dr. Neil, and the midwives Alyssa, Kari, and Tonya (she delivered the last bat I had!). They are attentive, kind, professional, and they also like to make you feel less stressed by being goofy and joking around a little. It really does help- at least someone like me who needs to chill out. Just recently I had an appointment where I thought I I was going to have to go to the hospital again like last time. I was seeing Dr. Neal that day and he was very reassuring, relaxed, and he told me what next steps to take, and that I was going to be fine. Turns out I didn't need to go to the hospital, I'm still very healthy and so is baby, and we are pushing almost 36 weeks now! That day I had some PTSD and left crying hysterically because of past trauma (not because of them), and when I returned, they were so kind and loving and wanting to make sure I was okay. I was so embarrassed about it, but they were understanding and helped me. :) i wanted to thank Dr. Neal- if he hadn't been how he was that day, I would have gone home so stressed! I love this office, and if weren't for how they handle things and treat patients, my anxiety would be so so bad. I'm very thankful for them. Pregnancy can be SO HARD AND SCARY, but they help take the stress off and they know what they're doing and how to take care of you. They take it seriously while also making sure that momma is fine in the process :)

I waited three months for what I'd been told could be a serious issue and thus the referral. Once at the appointment, I was hurried through by the medical assistant and stared at by the doctor as I tried to explain what I had come to see her about and have her explain reasons for it to me. No matter the words I used, she had the same questioning look and eventually she mumbled something about maybe needing further testing and then sent me to schedule an appointment for months ahead again in the future. I was referred for a number of perimenopausal concerns and without consultation was booked for over ten studies and an eventual and excruciatingly painful endometrial "punch" for which MOST if not all other facilities administer a lidocaine block. The doctor I saw after three months of waiting not only didn't properly prepare me for the pain she was about to inflict but she also "didn't do it right on the first pass" (as she said), so she had to perform one of the worst procedures I've experienced to date a second time. Her assistant made faces of pain for me as she could tell I was seconds from getting up and ending the procedure on the second attempt. I will add that I did not have a period for two months after this "punch" and was in significant pain for over two weeks. In addition to the unbelievably painful symptoms I already experience -- thus the review. I wouldn't return for any reason.

My journey after a complicated hysterectomy was incredibly challenging, both emotionally and physically. Finding Dr. Shehata was truly a turning point and the answer to my prayers. While my surgeon at UCSD was fantastic, I needed someone with expertise in the hormonal aftermath. Dr. Shehata was exactly who I needed. From my first appointment, her kindness, patience, and extensive knowledge were evident. She listened intently to my concerns about surgical menopause and together we developed a plan that has significantly improved my quality of life. I especially appreciate her understanding of hormone therapy, including bioidentical options, which made a huge difference for me when traditional estrogen didn't work.I was so pleased to discover the range of services offered beyond standard OB/GYN care, including specialized hormone therapy (including bioidentical options, which was a game-changer for me after struggling with traditional estrogen), hormone testing, and even aesthetic services for pelvic floor and sexual function. It's also wonderful that her practice offers a variety of services, making it a convenient "one-stop shop" for all your ob/gyno needs. I've been so impressed with Dr. Shehata's care that I've enthusiastically recommended her to many others, all of whom have been equally delighted. If you're seeking an exceptional OB/GYN for routine needs or desperately need someone to help you feel like yourself again, Dr. Shehata won't disappoint. She truly cares and has the expertise to help with both basic and complex needs, especially hormone-related issues. Her recent expansion is a testament to her dedication to her patients. She's a true diamond and a source of immense hope! I am eternally grateful for her and her amazing staff. "Dr. Shehata was a breath of fresh air - kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable"

UPDATE: FIND ANOTHER OB IF YOU ARENT PREGNANT & TRYING…read more They have moved to a different location. Prior to that I was told I needed a new auth & they would request it on my behalf. Never heard from them but I figured it was lost in the move so I contacted my doctor after abt 3-4 months of waiting (I'm very patient) and I got a new auth because I had a positive experience with the NP (Carmen) I had so much so I gave Dr. Shehata kudos too thinking she must've trained her well. Well I got the auth and for my appointment I showed up 30 mins early. Giving myself and hour and a half to be in office to pick up my kid on time. My appointment came and went and I was still waiting. They got me in a room 30 mins after my appointment time. I'm very low maintenance so I told Dr. Shehata what I know works for my PCOS etc. she co-signed. My appt was abt 5 mins but not an issue. The issue is she wrote my visit note saying we discussed so many things and that I agreed to pay out of pocket and we never discussed any of what was noted. She gave me a plan for lab work and the order wasn't given to me (since I had to go fast due to them running late) nor did they send it to the lab. A time sensitive lab. I had to call and get the order myself but even that was a fight at first. Then whenever you send a message to the MA and they call you back they call like you're in the way and everything is a rush. I called and asked a question abt the medication they put me on and flat out was told "It's not working you need to call your primary to see a fertility specialists" and they ghosted me afterwards. Literally. Maybe their focal point is aesthetics now or maybe it's because I'm not currently pregnant but these ppl did not want to take care of me at all. They made me feel like I was bothering them and a burden every time I needed something. You cannot have a provider you can't reach when you need things ordered/done esp time sensitive like fertility. I have a new OB and it's a breath of fresh air. Maybe my experience would've been good had I still been able to see the NP they had but I expected so much from Dr. Shehata. The way they treated me is a disservice to all PCOS patients. The doctor I have now went through the same process I explained worked for conceiving my son, confirmed I'm responding to medication and that I do NOT need to see a fertility specialist.

Today was a routine review of blood work coupled with a request to get this cough taken care of. I was seen by Amber Campbell who is ALWAYS on top of her game. She answered questions and suggested referrals for a few different health concerns. I like Amber. She's easy to talk to and makes office visits fun. The BIG SHOUT OUT today, is for the gal at the front desk! Her name is TISHA. First of all, I was late. 10 minutes late, because I got my times mixed up. She greeted me promptly and courteously and didn't chastise me for not being on time. A+ Secondly, my cough kicked in and she offered me a glass of water and a mask. A++ Thirdly, when I took off outside in a panic, from my cough, I left my wallet and other personal items in the lobby. She removed my items and placed them with her to make sure it was safe. A+++ TISHA, I appreciate you. I wish everybody would take notice of this young lady and her genuine caring manner. She deserves a raise and hopefully never leaves this office. Definitely an asset to Dr. Briggs and her staff. 5 STARS FOR DR. Briggs, Amber Campbell and TISHA! Job well done!

For what exactly? The privelege of being in her care? Want to treat your unidentified weight changes? Just pay $100 per MONTH, on top of office visit costs and prescription costs. For what exactly? No idea. And they don't inform you of this "concierge pricing" (which is really just a predatroy money grab) ahead of time - not on their website, not when you schedule the appointment specifically to discuss hormone changes, and not upon check-in for your appointment. Not until you've gone through 25 pages of paperwork, and you're sitting in the back office having signed agreements that cancellations prior to 24-hour notice will result in a $100 charge. Additionally, at the Murrieta office, the walls must be incredibly thin becase just sitting in the room I overheard a ton of someone else's medical information as it was being relayed to the provider, as well as the clinic staff discussing billing details and some office gossip. Julie the NP was kind and knowledgable, and the front office staff was nice enough, but even though this was my first visit with the practice it will also absolutely be my last.
