5/8/2026 It's been 5 years since I wrote a review for this office. I've been seen here, at least 5-6 times in that time. Today was a routine review of blood work coupled with a request to get this cough taken care of. I was seen by Amber Campbell who is ALWAYS on top of her game. She answered questions and suggested referrals for a few different health concerns. I like Amber. She's easy to talk to and makes office visits fun. The BIG SHOUT OUT today, is for the gal at the front desk! Her name is TISHA. First of all, I was late. 10 minutes late, because I got my times mixed up. She greeted me promptly and courteously and didn't chastise me for not being on time. A+ Secondly, my cough kicked in and she offered me a glass of water and a mask. A++ Thirdly, when I took off outside in a panic, from my cough, I left my wallet and other personal items in the lobby. She removed my items and placed them with her to make sure it was safe. A+++ TISHA, I appreciate you. I wish everybody would take notice of this young lady and her genuine caring manner. She deserves a raise and hopefully never leaves this office. Women's health? Only if you're ready to pay through the nose. Want to discuss your out of whack hormones? Just pay $500 per year, on top of office visit costs and prescritpion costs. For what exactly? The privelege of being in her care? Want to treat your unidentified weight changes? Just pay $100 per MONTH, on top of office visit costs and prescription costs. For what exactly? No idea. And they don't inform you of this "concierge pricing" (which is really just a predatroy money grab) ahead of time - not on their website, not when you schedule the appointment specifically to discuss hormone changes, and not upon check-in for your appointment. Not until you've gone through 25 pages of paperwork, and you're sitting in the back office having signed agreements that cancellations prior to 24-hour notice will result in a $100 charge. Additionally, at the Murrieta office, the walls must be incredibly thin becase just sitting in the room I overheard a ton of someone else's medical information as it was being relayed to the provider, as well as the clinic staff discussing billing details and some office gossip. Julie the NP was kind and knowledgable, and the front office staff was nice enough, but even though this was my first visit with the practice it will also absolutely be my last. read more

I've been a patient at this office for almost 10 years and always received excellent care when I was seeing Luke, who was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about his patients. Unfortunately, since he left, the quality of care has gone downhill -- especially with Nurse Practitioner Amber Campbell. I recently lost my medical insurance but still needed my routine medications, so I paid $200 cash for a simple medication refill appointment. Amber was unprofessional, dismissive, and failed to provide my usual two refills -- something I've consistently received for years. She didn't even notify me that she was changing this, leaving me without the refills I depend on and forcing me to pay another $200 if I need a new prescription. I didn't find out I had no more refills till I went to call in a refill. It was a mess! This isn't the first negative experience I've had with Amber, but this one was unacceptable. It feels like this office has completely shifted its focus away from patient care and toward pushing their cash-only med spa services. When I brought up legitimate perimenopause concerns, I was told that Dr. Briggs doesn't allow NPs to prescribe medication for hormonal issues and that I'd have to go through their med spa instead -- which is both inappropriate and unethical. I've been loyal to this office for nearly a decade, but I'm done. I feel taken advantage of, dismissed, and left scrambling for basic medical care. Unless this practice re-centers on patient care and professionalism, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a provider who actually values their patients. read more

They've been my doctor for years, but I have to be honest. I rarely get to see Dr. Briggs. I am not a fan.

I wasn't expecting much going into this appointment. Between the negative reviews and the rude scheduler who told me my appointment was at 9 AM (only to find out two days before it was actually at 10:15), I already had my guard up. But Dr. Briggs completely changed that. In 52 years, I've never had a doctor show me that kind of compassion and empathy. I went in for one thing, but she sat there with me for an hour, listening the entire time, looking me in the eyes, actually hearing me. No rushing, no judgment, just genuine care. I'm a combat veteran, 100% Permanent and Total disabled, and after 7 years of dealing with the VA, my expectations for medical care are pretty low. This appointment reminded me what it feels like to be treated like a human being again. Shout out to the front desk ladies, the nurse who took my vitals, and Dr. Briggs' son for helping with my notes and referrals. Avoid Dr. Briggs' Office If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is a mess. The front desk is rude, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. Almost every time we show up, we're told, "You don't have an appointment scheduled" -- even though we clearly did. Parents aren't even given access to the portal to confirm appointments, so there's no way to defend ourselves against their mistakes. And the one time they actually did have our appointment on record? We sat there waiting with our 8-year-old daughter for over an hour past our scheduled time before anyone saw us. Completely unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it's clear this isn't just our experience -- this is a pattern. This practice has a long history of poor reviews that match exactly what we've gone through, and it shows just how terrible of a medical practice this is. It's obvious this office does not value their patients' health, time, or trust. When a medical practice can't manage the basics of scheduling or treat families with respect, it's a huge red flag. To get in after a brain injury that the hospital requested and I get nothing it's four days unbelievable worst doctor ever. I went there and saw the nurse practitioner and she gave me the worst advice ever to go in the sauna whatever you do save your life and do not go to this doctor. She'll never be there for you. My 80 year old Mother in law asked that I write this review. She had been trying for over a month to make an appointment with the doctor. She's left multiple voicemails (never an answered phone) with no returned call. She went in the other day to make an appointment. She was frustrated and was explaining her situation and that she really needed to see the doctor. The girl at the front desk miss heard what she said, went to the back and another rude woman came out and told her "not to come in like this again and that someone would call her to schedule." They never did. She has since been served a "termination" letter that wasn't even signed by the Doctor. There is no telling if she even knows this happened. My MIL tried to call and leave her a personal message but couldn't get through the office staff to do so. From all of the reviews, it's clear Dr. Briggs has a staffing issue. Question is, does't this Dr know what's going on in her own office or does she simply not care? Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor now. Terrible experience. read more

I absolutely love Dr. Briggs. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything. She's very busy but when she is in the room with you she acts like she has all the time in the world to take care of you. Her associates are just as wonderful. Bridget Briggs is the worst doctor. I didn't realize how really bad she was till I got a new great doctor who changed my medication and read my old blood work from Briggs and now my new bloodwork.it turns out I am pretty ill. This wasn't even the reason I left this anti-VAXER, Conspiracy believer, who told me there was no Covid, that the government was trying to kill me with the vaccines because Social Security was running out. Briggs told me she got kicked out of her practice in Murrieta, which her physicians assistances still run. She also told me she was being sued by her office manager. I went to this doctor because the website claimed that her practice was a holistic approach. Yet, when I saw her, she tried to push 2 meds on me. Then, she tried to get me to buy different vitamins for $200.00 each! To make it worse, she talked me into her $100.00/ month care with a 1 year commitment which I never used because I couldn't get through on the phone! This practice has always had the reputation of having wonderful doctors and difficult staff. I tried to establish myself here years ago and had a bad experience so I did not return. I figured I would try again after the office came up as an available practitioner with new insurance. I left a message to schedule an appointment and received a call back within the hour. The person scheduling me was nice and was able to get me in on Friday at the Temecula office. I live in Murrieta so Temecula Parkway on a Friday afternoon isn't ideal, but I'll take it! I was advised about the time to show up for my appointment and to fill out the paperwork ahead of time and it was available on the website. While on the call I confirmed I was on the correct website and that the page holding the patient forms was showing "this page cannot be found". I asked if the forms could be emailed to me and was told that would not be possible. So I was strongly advised to come an hour early to fill out the extensive forms. Day before the appointment, I was given a reminder call and went through the same conversation about the forms. Day of the appointment, I took time off work, got down to the Temecula office an hour early to be told that I did not have an appointment at that office, that Dr Briggs was not available in that location on Fridays and I should give them a call. It was going to take me over 25 minutes to get to the Murrieta location so I call and wait on line for 15 minutes to get someone in the line who could not tell me why I was sent to the wrong location and was so rude about me not getting there on time to fill out the forms and reminded me that people usually get the forms online and have them ready at the time of their appointment. When I tried to explain that the page with the forms was not available on their site she cut me off and told me I was wrong. I was in tears. So back and forth we went until I got so frustrated that I said "f it, cancel my appointment". I should never have cursed at this woman. This is on me. I worked in a medical office for 11 years and I understand the impact that has. I take responsibility for that one. But it should never have to be this hard to get care and it's unfortunate that this office proved their reputation once again. Update - I just received a no show fee of $75 for this. Their team sent me to the wrong place!! And no one would answer the phone. read more

Its hard to fully describe how horrible this office is. It starts with making an appointment. When you call, no one will ever answer the phone. You are forced to leave a voicemail, and half the time, they never return the call. I have on several occasions been forced to leave more than one voicemail over the course of weeks in order to get someone to call me back. Heaven forbid you miss the phone call (from the always rude receptionists), and you're back at square one. Next, is their patient portal which doesn't even work half the time. I have tried and tried to schedule appointments, and communicate with providers through it, and it either never works, or it takes absolutely FORVER for someone to respond. Lets say you actually manage to schedule an appointment (which will take probably a month to even get in), you will wait and wait and wait some more! Unless you schedule the first appointment of the day, you will wait well beyond your scheduled time because they are ALWAYS running behind. When you do finally meet with someone, it's good (not great) patient care, but everything leading up to it just makes it 100% not worth it. I've personally been fine with each visit, until I had some concerns and asked them to run a hormone blood panel. I was told that they won't order a hormone blood panel now unless I pay (out of pocket) for Dr. Briggs "membership". Absolute blasphemy. When they recieve the results from the blood work, they won't even give you a courtesy call to discuss it. Its radio silence. I one recieved a message through the patient portal that simply said "---was high." and that was it. No explanation, no nothing. I could not possibly recommend this office less. read more

I am so sad ! I switched my insurance so I could go back to what I thought was a passionate practice that cared about patients .. I called to make an appt told the office it was to adjust hormones the Dr prescribed . I got to my appt and was told "oh we no longer prescribe hormones unless you become a member " membership is $500 ! Really so sad to see another "caring " physician go to a money hungry medspa . Not a review of the doctor. Staff only. Horrendous patient service. Awful. Worst I've EVER experienced. I switched to Dr Briggs with my insurance because of a recommendation by a very educated friend. I called the office and left a message. Got a call back days later and they said I would have to wait months. No problem. About a month before my appointment they called and said I needed to make sure my insurance had only then as my primary. I did and confirmed with my insurance. The day before my appointment a very aggressive woman called to tell me that if I didn't have a letter from my insurance company faxed over by end of day, they would cancel my appointment. I spent hours!!! Hours! Calling insurance and their office trying to get this magical letter. Insurance was so confused on why this was even necessary because everything on their side was correct. They didn't have a form to fulfill this request and couldn't create one. Finally sat on hold for a good 20 min trying to call the office again to get clarification because my card has the doctor's name. The other woman on the line informed me that the billing person just needed to look in another place and that I was all good. After all that and threatening to cancel my appointment. This morning I show up 15 min before my appointment and the desk person asks if I have new patient paperwork. I did not receive anything. I asked to fill it out there. They said no, I would need to make a new appointment. I'm getting a new doctor because if this is what I have to go through for every appointment, I'm going to need another doctor for the stress. read more

Worst medical office I have ever dealt with. Was a patient from 2012 to 2022. They refused to provide me with a copy of my medical records stating I have to re-establish care with their office. They have not returned any of my calls. My access to the patient portal has been removed. Literally, no way to get a hold of them because they never answer their phones. Their online reviews alone should prompt a review of their practices by the medical board. How can such an important service be this bad? They choose to provide low quality service if any at all. I was a patient for many years. The last year or so when I had appointments and needed a referral they were not put in and I would have to make a new appointment and pay my copay again for a service I already paid for. When I questioned it and requested to speak with the office manager. I was told she would call me and never did but dropped me as a patient of 10 yrs. Dr. Briggs used to be good but now she is too busy and into more cosmetic treatments and supplements. It is hard to make an appointment and her nurse practitioners change often. The Worst! And this is from a patient for 21 years!!!! Not only am I a PPO patient but I've also Put Up With so much negative without once posting anything - for Fear of retribution - sad. LATEST: No longer caring for - even Existing Hormone Replacement (pre-existing) Menopausal Women. One of my 2 Hormone Meds Ran out. No call from drs office. A Week before I could get a call back to make an appointment, after several patient portal emails requesting an appointment; a few Voicemail Phone calls requesting an appointment, and then waiting for said appointment. This office Waited until I came In for an appointment, to Tell me in person, Not in Patient Portal, Where I clearly explained I needed updated prescription for refills; to tell me this Dr. No Longer handle s Hormone Replacement patients. She is much more interested in her new Medical Spa in Temecula Parkway, which provides Botox, Fillers, etc for $550 a year, which covers nothing. Each service is then a la carte beyond that. Horrible customer service front desk is very rude and no compassion. Everytime I call I the staff is very combative and don't listen to what your telling them. They don't seem to care. I work in the medical field I get it it's been rough this last year. If you don't like your job then leave. Everyone is struggling and having issues you would think your doctors office would care about your mental health issues during this time but I guess not. The PA I met with was so kind and had compassion but she has a horrible team backing her up. read more

As a long time patient, I would say that Dr. Briggs is fantastic. I really like focus on preventing rather than just treating illness. Additionally, Dr Briggs focuses on trying to determine the underlying problems, rather than just treating symptoms. One more thing I like, is that she will spend time with patients, in the past I have had Doctors who seem to rush you through and are gone in 2 minutes. Dr. Briggs is not like this, she will take the time to answer questions and listen to the patient. Some of the reviews here complain about the staff. While in the office I have never had any issues with staff, they have always been polite, nor have I witnessed anyone being rude to other patients. But, the phone system is problematic. It is hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone and they are not always prompt about callbacks. For me, this is a small issue worth putting up with for a fantastic doctor. read more

I have been going to this office for a while now and was at the Murrieta location with Dr. Luke Fisk. He was the best, the first doctor that I felt actually listened to me and how I was feeling. So he sent me to get my labs done for my hormones. I called the office to set up an appointment with him to go over them, it was scheduled about 3 weeks in advance. The day before my appointment I get a call to confirm and they named a different doctor and said it was the Temecula location. I told them I wanted to see Dr Luke and she said that he is no longer at this practice. I was immediately bummed but figured I'd still go. My labs show that my hormones are all over the place - even though Im not a doctor the sheet shows me normal ranges & I am definitely not in that. Anyway, I go in for my appointment and it's a new doctor that just started. She basically said "everything looks great, have a good day." I feel so defeated, as I thought I was finally going to figure out what's been going on with my body. I will never go back here, they completely just pushed everything aside. I have been coming here since I moved to Temecula 2 years ago, what I thought was a dr getting down to my root cause health issues quickly turned into bogus appointments. None of my issues have been fixed and I was told it was just the way I was. We'll I turned my whole family to this practice and recommend it to MANY! I feel terrible for that now because they are always late, never answer the phones or return messages and if you have insurance that they don't take they send you huge bills that we have to make payments on. Which was fine because I thought I was seeing a dr who really cares about me. We'll I owe about $142 on my bill which can be shown being actively paid off, and they will not book me anymore appointments because I owe $142. My daughter needs to attend school and needed a health exam to attend school and they won't see her because I owe $142....I was told it's dr Briggs policy. Haha a policy? She has a policy?? The whole office is always a mess and they close down and don't even tell you so you can show up with no one there. This is the worst practice I have ever been to it's so poorly ran!!! I also was never notified that my kids primary dr luke Fisk wasn't there anymore, I wonder why?? He probably couldn't take the disorganization anymore. This office is just so bad with communication and everything. I am paying them the last bit of money I owe and I am running and never looking back!!!! I think I'd have to say and agree with one reviewer Kim M, if I could give NO STARS I would, unfortunely. But my negative review is focused squarely on Dr Bridget Briggs MD's "NETWORK RED TAPE AND IT'S LACK TO CARE ABOUT AND HELP OUT NEW PATIENTS" I was refered to Dr Briggs by my daughter after being unhappy with my previous MD. It started off good with her front office staff and my visit with her NP Luke Fisk was good. AT my new patient visit I explained that I'd like to stay with and be referred to my existing cardiologist Dr Zaman, BUT the front office said she was not in the network and instructed me to see their Cardiologist Dr Salvatore Rosanio FIRST, "FIRST", and then if I didn't like him, they would see about referring me to Dr Zaman. So, I made several attempts to get an appointment with Dr Rosanio but to no avail. I had also gotten a referral for a Pain Management doctor from Dr Briggs, who I saw, and they said I needed an authorization from my Cardiologist before they could proceed with my much needed back pain relief. So I tried three more times to schedule an appointment with Dr Rosanio with still no results. When I told this to Dr Briggs administrator and or patient referral person Ms Emily Groce, one of them or another back office staff told me told me ok, Go see Dr Zaman for your authorization for pain management. So I saw Dr Zaman (who had been my Cardiologist for 4 years prior) ordered a nuclear stress tes, which I had done and passed with flying colors. Dr Zaman sent my authorization to the Pain Management who was referred by and within Dr Briggs "NETWORK". SO NOW FAST FWD, Several months later, my insurance Medicare Risk/Humana, are sending me DENIALS of payment and bills for the nuclear stress, THAT I NEEDED IN ORDER TO BE CLEARED FOR BACK MANAGMENT TREATMENT, and Dr Briggs office/Emily Groce won't do a DAMN THING ABOUT IT. In fact, they have started completely ignoring my pleas and begging them to JUST ASK FOR AN OUT OF NETWORK REFERRAL FOR DR ZAMAN, SO MY INSURANCE WILL PAY THESE DENIED CLAIMS. And have the NERVE to simply say, we haven't seen in you in close to year, so you need to come in. And I never did get to actually meet Dr Brigss herself but would have liked to, based on what my daughter told me about her. Definitely don't recommend this place. Have been having problems with my hormones & they told me that everything is fine & this is basically what it's about being a female. If you ever want to get a hold of anyone than good luck. You might hear back from them in a few weeks or never & you have to keep calling in hopes that someone will call back. Do not take anything these people prescribe without doing your own research on what they prescribe. Apparently, and to my shame for being naive enough to trust them, they are not always proactive about ensuring what they prescribe is actually right for you. Stupid me, I know. But still, one hopes for better and hopefully gets that. Finding another primary care provider is just as likely to end up with worse, so I'll stay with them....for now. I had an appointment as a new patient at 8:45 and was told to come at 8:15 am which I did. I made my copay and gave them my ID to copy which took all of 5 min. When I made the appointment I was asked to fill out and print a 30 page medical history packet, and bring to the appointment , which I did. By 9:05 I thought it was very inconsiderate to have me wait 20 min past my appointment time with no explanation . When I asked when I would be seen, as there were people coming in after me and seen before me, it would be another 10 minutes. So I left and they didn't care, which speaks volumes as to the respect they have for their patients. No thank you I will find an office that respects their patients. read more

I had been a patient since I moved to Temecula in 2002. Since I had been healthy I got punished and told I would be a new patient. I had important things that came up and really needed to talk to Dr. Briggs. She let me down with taking on too many patients to remember her original ones. If you want to be the wave of forgotten join up with me. For shame Ms. Briggs remember before you were a Doctor and really cared about each patient. You should not have phone line front staff taking care of patients that could not care in the least how many years or physical concerns addressed. Just take a number is your front line philosophy. I would give no stars if I could. I visited the Murrieta and the Temecula location and the very front desk people in both offices seemed to be kind and understanding but everyone else were arrogant, rude and acted like bullies. Not the kind of people that you expect in the medical field at all. I had the misfortune of waiting a month for my first appointment with Dr. Briggs and made the mistake of going to the Murrieta location for my much awaited for appointment which is where I first went to establish my patient/doctor relationship with the nurse practitioner who seems very nice and thorough. She ordered a battery of tests and told me that I needed to make an appointment with Dr. Briggs to go over the results. The appointment was set for the next month. I received a text from their office to confirm my appointment the day before my scheduled appointment which was quite lengthy and I just hit the "C" for confirm. I neglected to read the entire message and buried in the text was that my appointment with Dr. Briggs was in Temecula. I showed up for my appointment on time in the Murrieta office and was told that Dr. Briggs only sees patients in the Temecula office so therefore I was going to need to reschedule my appointment because Dr. Briggs would not see me even though I could get to the Temecula office within the rules of allowing a patient to be 15 minutes late. I begged the rude desk clerk to please call the Temecula office and let them know that I was on my way and she said that it wouldn't do any good, that Dr. Briggs would not see me today. I left and went to the Temecula office anyway and made it in time within the 15 minute late rule to still be seen but was told "too bad so sad" in so many words. I'm being nice about what they said and their attitudes. It was a horrible experience to say the least and I felt completely violated and as if they were punishing me for making the mistake of going to the wrong location. NO grace, no flexibility, no nothing but mean girl vibes. Power tripping at it's finest. I was also told that Dr. Briggs was already running late so how was me being 15 minutes late an issue. She wasn't even ready to see me. None of this makes sense. I asked out of curiosity when I could reschedule and the next appointment was a month away. Needless to say Dr. Briggs will not be my primary doctor, ever and I've already found someone else who seems to be human and caring. I don't know who these people think that they are but they definitely are not worth the time of day. I feel like God protected me from someone who shouldn't be a doctor caring for people and slammed the door hard for me not to be able to see her. All of the people working for Dr. Briggs including Dr. Briggs need to get a different profession because dealing with patients with medical needs is not their strong suit. read more

I literally left in tears yesterday because of Diana. Saw her twice now and both times left frustrated. Don't expect to actually have a question, concern or conversation. Any time you try she'll railroad right over you. I've been having a lot of health issues with more and more coming up and she makes you feel like it's your fault. Worst drs office ever!! Doctors won't use the online patient portal, the front office is a mess with receptionist saying I had appointments when I didn't only to show up and then saying we don't have an appointment. Staff very unfriendly and incompetent could not get my referral correct in 3 weeks!

I did see Dr. Briggs her bed side manner was absolutely horrible. She was in a big hurry and didn't explain anything and wanted me to buy all these vitamins/drinks and so on. If I don't know what i have how can i take something if it isn't clear to me. I think the worse thing was how I was treated. So again my friend said that maybe she was having a bad day. So I thought since she was highly recommend I would give her a second chance. OMG it was even worse they couldn't find my records from when I was last in. I then told Dr. Briggs that I had been here before and this was why I didn't come back and see you but my friend talked me into and now I'm even more sorry you wasted my time I wasted your. Bye bye I will never go back and when someone tells me about her I can't say any. That saying if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. I'm silent. I would give this doctors office a -0 if it was a choice. PLEASE, spare yourself, frustration, anger and being ignored!! They DO NOT ANSWER THE MAIN LINE...EVER!! Trust me (and others who say the same. I am NOT the only patient complaining) stay away from this doctors office. Mrs. Briggs treats her PAs (Physicians Assistant) and NP's (Nurse Practitioner) like garbage. I have been told so by said employees. So I am repeating what I've already heard. If you want to be a patient here, you will go through different doctors in a year because they all quit!! They said because this is not a good work environment. Per ex employees via conversation with me. This year was the last draw. I called 4 times last week left 3 messages, NOT ONE RETURNED CALL. The 4th call was on Friday and I was told, by answering machine, AS USUAL, NEVER A PERSON, that Mrs. Briggs is on vacation and that us patients, will have to call back on Tuesday. I called starting last Tuesday. I am on mental health medication and for the 3rd time, in the past 2 years, they have left me hanging a couple days during the week into the weekend and into the following week without head medication's!! Forcing my brain to go through withdrawals only to finally start them a week later. When they decide to get back to you and they FINALLY refill my meds, my brain has to readjust all over again and again. This was the 3rd time and my last time! PLEASE, save yourself!! They never EVER, EVER , EVER, answer the phone!! ALSO, when you get used to a practitioner, bond, and have told them all of your med issues, they quit the practice because they are not treated well. So, you have to start ALL OVER AGAIN with a NEW practitioner!! I am literally just looking to save someone else, the frustration, lack of care, no correspondence, no return phone calls, AND THEY DO NOT take ownership or responsibility if you need psychiatric medication....DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE FOR MENTAL HEALTH! They will leave you on read to where you're withdrawing and feeling not right and strange. Only to have to readjust your medication ALL OVER AGAIN. THIS, is not healthy for your BRAIN. Her vacations are more important than her patients. I finally sent a rough message, (I was angry and told them that I'm leaving her practice), then I finally got a response today, 01/04/2024. My original 1st phone call, Friday 12/22/2023, only to see that they prescribed 1 of the 2 prescriptions called in today, was WRONG. After 7 DAYS! Soooo, long story short, the woman who does your prescriptions, 1 woman at the desk, and 1 PA., are the only good people there. 3 people, and the medical assistants are very SWEET. The 2 new front desk girls, are SO RUDE and VERY SNOTTY ATTITUDES. SO, if you're a woman watch out, they have the snottiest, ugliest, attitudes with the hardest side eyes and you are left wondering, what you did to deserve it. They won't even look you in the eye when speaking to you. It wasn't always like this. They used to be wonderful. I just want to spare anyone from this practice. read more

I also would give this "doctors office" zero stars if I could. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service by all the front desk staff. There is ZERO compassion or any sense of urgency. Anytime they are asked to do their jobs they do nothing but make rude comments or give you attitude. If you are burnt out from working during COVID then do us all a favor and find another job. I did see Del Taco across the street hiring. As someone who is a first responder and has worked thru COVID let me tell you "heros" something. You got it extremely easy when it comes to working in the healthcare system. If you want something real to complain about how about you come hop an ambulance and see how long you last. The cherry on top was when Dr Briggs herself responded to an email (see attachment) from my fiancé in which she voiced her concerns regarding her recent miscarriage and the fact that she had been experiencing bleeding, severe abdominal pain and weakness for nearly 2 months following. Again, these staff members were rude and inappropriate to all questions or concerns we had regarding this situation, and even Dr Briggs took it upon herself to be as condescending and rude as possible. When someone is in pain and scared, your reaction should not be to put them down and to make them feel even worse then they already do. In conclusion, if you want your loved ones mistreated or always put on the back burner then this is the office for you. read more

WOW....This is by far, THE WORST OFFICE STAFF I'VE EVER MET! RUDE...DISRESPECTFUL...LAZY...CONDESCENDING... COMBATIVE !!!! It's looks like Dr Briggs doesn't care about all the negative reviews and does nothing to change the office attitude! I will be changing my primary immediately because I don't want a doctor that allows her staff to treat people that way!!! The worst one, is the old hag with glasses, that checks you in !
