We didn't have pet insurance but they were very transparent with the cost, and the total was VERY reasonable and affordable for us. The staff are very knowledgeable and skilled at their job. I'm a nurse and all their recommendations were reasonable and they didn't push any unnecessary tests for our dog. They were also able to get labs on her right away and cleaned and shaved her wound.
