    Hello, me again. Today my water heater had a pipe bust. Normally my review is funny and informative…read moreor negative and full of dangers. Unfortunately this will be an emotional review. Like everyone, I am dealing with a ton of stress. My truck needs work, my health has went downhill, and my wife is ill. Then last night she called me and said the water tank had a pipe bust on the side. This is literally the last thing I needed. I'm not going to make this long and drawn out. I called the owner Matt on a SUNDAY... He was able to get Ashton to my house quickly. The issue turned out to be bigger than we thought. Ashton went to work and Matt "worked" with us on the price, and the job is handled.(Major work and issues) If I could give a halo instead of 5 stars I would. Folks please PLEASE give this locally owned/operated business a call for all your plumbing needs. If you can prove my review wrong I will delete my review. They truly CARE about people. Not just making money. Please remember they have families too, and they know when emergencies happen. I will leave you with their slogan because it's the best way to put it..m "When service is a must, they're the heros you can trust ‼‼ Thank you so much to Matt and Ashton for being there to help my family and my home. First the $175 is the "service charge" that gets folded into your bill if you accept service. 3 trips back to the truck gets that turned into an after hours service fee. Kid who is allegedly a "highly trained, licensed, certified plumber 3 hours to change a garbage disposal. Deceptive practices, claims of "wrong quote", using lame arguments like "you don't work for free do you? Is a red flag that shenanigans are afoot.

I've left two voice mails in the last 24 hours and haven't heard back from them.

    I purchased a Kinetico RO system from Dooley's in 2012 and I have always had my service through…read morethem for changing the filters. Corey from Dooley's came out on 5/30/18 and replaced the filters on the system, which is under my kitchen sink. Either the filters were defective, or they were installed improperly, and water leaked into my cabinet and onto my hardwood floods, creating damage. When I spoke with Corey on the phone, he reported that he had made a "rookie mistake" and apologized and took full responsibility. He instructed me on how to turn the system off and then returned to my home on 6/5/18 to figure out the problem. After looking at the system, he claimed that the O ring on the prefilter was damaged and it was now not his fault. He reported it was Kinetico's fault but promised he would assist me in going through their claims process. He took pictures of everything and replaced the filters. I spoke with his mother, Lou Ann Dooley on the phone, who told me to file a claim on my homeowners insurance. When I explained that I did not think I should have to have a claim on my insurance for something that went wrong with their service or filters, she agreed, and promised to submit all paperwork to Kinetico for their claims process. She told me that the process would take time, but she guaranteed Kinetico would fix it and asked that I start obtaining estimates. Since then, Dooley's has refused to return any of my phone calls. I have left multiple messages over the past year and not once have they returned my phone call. I have called Kinetico several times as well, and they report that they can't help me because Dooley's refuses to answer their inquiries on this matter and won't send them the paperwork. I am left with approx $2000 of damage to my home. Also, since Dooley's won't return my calls, I have a $2000 RO system that I cannot use as they are the only service provider in my area and you can only get filters through them. I love supporting local family businesses but I am appalled at how this business treats their customers. Think twice before purchasing any system through them or you may be out thousands of dollars too.
