Quick professional service of good quality products…read more We contracted with Culligan to install a water softener and RO unit due to very hard water in our location. They were able to do the install in just a couple of days later and the install itself went very quickly. Prior to the install they told us they may need to come out a second time as they did not have the RO spigot in a color matching our existing faucet. We opted to have the second trip to get the enjoyment of the RO water earlier. The second trip was only a couple of days later and the spigot looks good. In the past we have had competitor products (saltless purifiers) and we compared several again. Main reasons for not going with saltless is that they don't do as good of job on fixing hard water and either are quite a bit more expensive (national brand) or have very low satisfaction for warranty work. Culligan has good reputation for service/ quality. All company individuals we have met so far have been friendly and provided good customer service.

The bill was only around $100 for the service call and parts. I called them a second time to see if the settings on my tank were correct. The man was going to just try and walk me through the numbers but then decided he would send a tech out to check it. The tech was here within 10 minutes and checked everything out, didn't find a problem, and didn't charge me a dime. I don't know much more you can ask for. I called the owner Matt on a SUNDAY... He was able to get Ashton to my house quickly. The issue turned out to be bigger than we thought. Ashton went to work and Matt "worked" with us on the price, and the job is handled.(Major work and issues) If I could give a halo instead of 5 stars I would. Folks please PLEASE give this locally owned/operated business a call for all your plumbing needs. If you can prove my review wrong I will delete my review. They truly CARE about people. This just shows that they did not deliver as scheduled. I also pay for an Iron tank to get changed out monthly. Are they actually changing it?
